Excellent service

We have been working with Bob's Business for a few months now and our experience has been great. The training is fantastic and interactive which helps with engagement and completion. From the moment we made the decision to progress to us going live with staff, contact with the team was excellent. The phishing simulations are also good and very realistic looking emails being sent. Overall we are very happy with Bobs Business and would recommend it

Great company

We've used Bob's Business for a few years now and never had any issues, the customer service is fantastic and they are always quick to respond. There are plenty of courses to choose from and they keep adding more every few months. I am really happy with the service.

This is the third unsolicited cold call in six months, even though we were asked to remove our data when we left less than a year ago. The call was ignored, which is not unexpected given that none of our feedback was taken into consideration when we were a paying client.came on here to revise my earlier review, which they had mysteriously subsequently removed.Guys, please do better!

We take data privacy and "Right to Erasure" requests incredibly seriously. If you have been contacted multiple times after asking for your data to be removed, we want to investigate this immediately to ensure your details are purged from all systems and to verify the source of these calls.

Regarding your previous feedback and the missing review: we do not have the ability to "remove" reviews from this platform, so we would certainly like to get to the bottom of what happened there as well.

courses are good BUT…

courses are engaging and interesting BUT customer service and ability to report accurately is awful. This means that any kind of tracking for compliance requires hours of manual intervention and BB just havent responded or helped us at all to address the issues. we have gone elsewhere
It’s good to receive the additional feedback from bobs business regarding their approach to this issue but whilst I appreciate the comments. At the time of having issues there wasn’t sufficient responsiveness and I don’t appear to have received the email so please do

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are genuinely pleased to hear that you found our courses engaging and interesting.

We are, however, deeply concerned and regret to hear about your experience with our customer service and the difficulties you encountered with accurate reporting and compliance tracking. It is unacceptable that you felt the need to resort to "hours of manual intervention" and that you felt BB (assuming this refers to our support team) had not responded or helped you at all to address these crucial issues.

🔎 Reviewing Our Records
We have immediately checked our system for support requests related to reporting inaccuracies, compliance tracking, or unresponsiveness from our team. We are currently unable to locate any of your corresponding support tickets or detailed communication channels that fully outline these specific, critical issues you've described. We also have regular catchup calls with your team and we haven't been made aware about this.

It is also worth noting that our next platform update in January has a fully re-designed reporting area to make this process even easier.

Great customer service

From the first initial contact they moved so quickly to meet with me to discuss our needs and tight turnaround. Owen & Neil were very insightful, approachable and knowledgeable. Overall in the space of a few days they had put together a piece for us with access to the platform. Thank you so much for a great customer service.

Bobs Business Cybersecurity Training

The training covered a wide range of security related topics from basic passwords to phishing simulations. The presentation in small bite size modules allowed the team to take on the training whilst not having to commit too much time in their working day. The content was easily digestible but to the point.

Working with the team at Bobs was straight forward and collaborative, providing regular reports of training provided. During regular calls were able to ensure all our training requirements were met.

It has been a pleasure working with the team at Bobs and would highly recommend to anyone looking for cybersecurity training.

Excellent platform and great support

Bob’s Business is a great platform for cybersecurity training – it's easy to use, informative, and well-structured. The customer service is also fantastic – very helpful, responsive, and professional. Highly recommended for any organisation looking to improve their team's awareness and compliance.

Amazing product

Amazing product, customer service and for the value of the course you couldn't go wrong! Dale has been so accommodating and I can't thank him enough with the level of customer service he's supplied. Any question asked has been supplied with quick succession and it's refreshing to see such a great work ethic!

Brilliant service and great value

Brilliant service. From initial contact to setup and rollout, Dale has been brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble, timely responses to my multiple questions and the whole process has been straightforward. Excellent product, service and value for money.

Bob does the job !!

Great company, excellent training and learning platform, very competitive price, and fabulous service right from my first contact with them. Owen especially has been on the ball and very responsive to any queries I have. Highly recommend and very impressed with Bob's Business.

Our Cyber Insurance policy required us…

Our Cyber Insurance policy required us to take Cyber training as part of the guidance. We were recommended Bob's Business through our actual insurance provider and Dale guided me through the various packages available and offered advice on what would suit our small organisation best. Although we were presented with more expensive packages, he directed us towards the most cost effective solution that met our budgetary constraints and ensured we adhered to the tight deadline imposed by the insurance. We have now successfully ticked the box for our Cyber Insurance and plan to engage their services again next year. I am really pleased with the service I received. The only slight negative is the company name, which requires a bit of explanation for staff!

Brilliant training!

I’m an employee who has today completed some Cyber Security training modules by Bob’s Business. I was so impressed by this company, I emailed them mid way through the training to let them know! The modules are great fun (not a word that’s often used to describe mandatory training!), with plain English used and with brilliant videos / graphics. I was particularly impressed with the short videos, which were very engaging and which included an appropriate level of fun and humour. The end of module assessments were also enjoyable. The modules enabled me to have a renewed confidence around cyber security and protecting myself and my employer. I will certainly be letting our learning and development team know about this very positive experience and hope we use Bob’s Business again. Thank you!

Excellence in user awareness training

Used Bobs Business for a number of years, across a multinational group. Superb customer support (special mention to Owen), excellent features - and content is regularly updated. Have no issue recommending the company.

Perfect Learning Platform

We get 100% engagement from our employees on the courses that get pushed out every couple of weeks. Great we can attach relevant documentation (eg a company policy) to an individual course. There's an exhaustive list of additional courses we can review and push out. Reporting from Bob's, catch-ups and support are excellent.

Really good onboarding experience

Really good onboarding experience. Only tiny teething problems with set up which is always to be expected with this sort of thing, and all were resolved quickly and efficiently.
Team were really communicative and made the time to check in at all stages.

Great products and customer service

Great customer service from the team, when dealing with queries regarding phishing simulation and cyber training courses. We chose to use our own LMS, and the team happily provided the SCORM files.
Changes to courses and phishing emails were addressed promptly, and with a smile.
A great company to work with, and Owen and Olivia are a pleasure to speak with.

Great training content, fantastic customer service

BobsBusiness has been great for our organisation with good and engaging training content on a variety of subjects, automated phishing simulations and strong reporting features. The platform is constantly being developed based on customer feedback and their feature roadmap is regularly communicated to us.

Through the reporting, we can see that our users who are regularly completing their scheduled course assignments perform better in phishing simulations and anecdotally, general awareness.

Thanks to the whole team particularly Owen and Olivia who regularly check in to see how we are performing, and rapidly respond to our support requests.

Adam is amazing

I would give 5 stars, but we were waiting for a course to be created for a long time and it never happened.

Overall customer service was amazing, our account manager Adam is was brilliant, communication was brilliant and we always felt looked after. I can highly recommend this company for small-medium sized businesses. We moved on for a larger LMS provider but wish we could have stayed.
