Is there anybody there??

Misled by Leaders to use this company... They do not respond to emails! In fact I'm not sure the mailbox is monitored! It took several attempts to do change of address. I provided the required 30 days notice to cancel, no response. And so I cancelled my direct debit after this period within 2 days of taking my last payment they contacted me re my dd cancellation, when I referenced my cancellation email, I got an email saying my policy was cancelled immediately. I dispute this as I have paid up for the period!!! Awful experience

Thieves

Expensive company that continues to steal my money even though I cancelled it and they've got in writing that they wouldn't take any more money from me. They keep telling me that I wasn't due a refund at the time of cancellation which wasn't the argument at all, they're completely ignoring What I'm asking and making up some BS to try and cover themselves but at the end of the day, they've stolen my money from me and they continue to steal it.

AWFUL , NEVER GO FOR THEIR INSURANCE

Please DON’T TAKE THEIR INSURANCE even when the letting agency told to take it. I have taken the insurance just because Leaders letting agency want me to take their tenant insurance as a part of their tenancy. Felt like a scam. I have noticed them 2 weeks before the moving out & they didn’t cancelled it & took the direct debit for next month as well. Later they told that amount was already in processing stage, thats why there couldn’t cancel the insurance as well as stop the direct debit. They are making the customer fool by telling weird reasons.

What an absolute scam

What an absolute scam this company is, had this "recommended" by the agent, so I’m assuming they are on kickbacks. I bought the cover for specific reasons only to find that we’re not covered, and won’t answer emails or return calls. If you get this as a recommendation, avoid it at all costs. I should have checked the reviews on here first before going ahead, lesson learned, I will be filing a complaint with the ombudsman

Awful service

Awful service. Not to mention PORTICO forced on us this SH!T insurance!!! ( because they have an agreement between them) It’s against the law.. monthly direct debit: first you pay 2 MONTHS then they charge you monthly… direct debit charge 1.95£… It’s a joke stay away from them..

No customer service

I contacted them twice to cancel my policy. After no response, I cancelled my direct debit. For some reason I knew they would respond to that. I received an email from Leanne to inform me that if I do not pay, they will have to cancel my policy (which is what I wanted!). I responded directly to her email to explain why. Then I received an automated email saying that she was away on annual leave. Still no response to this day. The only way to deal with them is stop giving them money.

Avoid at all costs - No communication and ZERO customer service.

Wish there was a zero button. Tried to claim for a broken window more than 2 weeks ago, after calling about 20 times I finally got through to someone who sent me a claim form, I then sent it back along with all the required information but haven't heard anything back from them.

They ignore phone calls and emails and don't bother giving any feedback, not a simple "We are working on it and have received your information" email as a courtesy, just silence. The landlord is putting pressure on me now so now it seems I have to pay this out of my own pocket!! When renewal time comes they are quick to auto-renew without any questions. Avoid them at all costs. USELESS and tantamount to thieves because they have taken over 20 months' worth of premiums and then don't keep their end of the bargain.

Will be cancelling my direct debit as soon as I can and going elsewhere. Maybe they will respond to this seeing as they ignore everything else.

Mislead into thinking I needed to take out insurance

Was led to believe this was required for me to rent through leaders, when that is not the case at all. I believe they're quite happy for you to mistakenly think this is compulsory as it's quite a bit more expensive than your usual renters insurance. I would avoid like the plague after this shady introduction to them.

Unprofessional at all, at all

I paid 20 ponds a month for content instance for 1 bedroom flat. Bode insurance as a broker mislead me to believe that I am covered on all content as I was 240 pounds a year while the market price is 50 pounds a year . For 2 years I never claimed and when I claimed they told me you are not covered.
Certainly they can not be trusted
I suggest it is very bad operation.
Never do business with them
