Don't normally write reviews but the customer service was so top notch.
My order hadn't arrived, it was Royal Mail's fault not B&M Botanicals. I emailed and got a quick response from Ellie who was very friendly and sent a replacement. 5 star.

Excellent company, products, service and delivery are all first class. I find capsules are the perfect way to take CBD, and love that they are available combined with beneficial herbs - I now sleep better than I have for a long time, and right through the night, having suffered with disturbed nights for years. I also love that there is no drowsiness or 'hangover' the following day.
Prices are very reasonable, as well, so 5 star all round.

Absolutely amazing communication from this company, ordered my peppermint teabags and 24hrs later they arrived. I tried the option to have 2 teabags at first to try them and I'm really impressed, packaging is great, small and compact... The teabags are lovely and I will continue to buy them... I have purchased some for my bestie too... ❤️❤️ Thank you ladies xx
