The hat is too small. I went online to attempt to get it returned, but could not find a link to do that.

Shipping ripoff
My son in law wanted a hat for his birthday. I ordered it in late January and it took almost 2 weeks to come. The shipping was almost $11 and it probably weighed 8 oz if that. The hat was fine but everything else was unsatisfactory especially the shipping cost-outrageous.
