Placed order for just 1 cami in white. The product delivered was of great quality, and accurate with what as shown and described online.
Shipment was quick.
Had issue/question with shipment that was addressed quickly and efficiently.
Have already placed a second order for additional quantities in both white and black.

I purchased some bathing suits for my wife, trying to be a nice husband. I saw a two-piece on Boho Beach Hut that I thought would be perfect, and she agreed. We received the bathing suits, and I was super excited. She tried one on, and it didn't even look like the picture, and it was of the worst quality. I was a little sad, but I decided to return them. Then I saw the “no return policy” and thought I should be able to return the bathing suit that is still in the original packaging. I reached out to Boho Beach hut, and they said no. I am out $100 and my confidence to ever buy my wife a bathing suit again. They broke my morale and stole $100 by falsely representing their product and company. Never buy from them.

Terrible . Poor quality and no refund no return . Avoid

Expensive for very cheap quality material. I’m extremely disappointed with both dresses.

This is nothing but a Chinese scam company. I ordered jeans for my wife over 2 months ago. Thought I was ordering from an American based company. After multiple delays found out they are drop shipping everything from China. When I asked for a refund because I have not received the items ordered I was told I can't get refund until I receive items and then return them.....Total Scam, Do Not Order From this Company

Disappointing quality, fit and fabric. Returns have to be authorized and, they do not refund you! Store credit only. My fault for not reviewing prior to purchase. But c'mon.. it's 2026!! Would not purchase again.

Lies Lies LIES! Ordered a couple of swimsuits from them for a Christmas present for my girlfriend two weeks before Christmas - they arrived in early January shipped from Shanghai, both poor fitting, poor quality, not like the pictured items.
Looked up the return policy - you pay return shipping, and they only issue store credit!
Claim to be US-based: their address is a UPS store in Sparks, Nevada.
Great Web site, pretty much a total scam. Will never buy anything from them again, and I'd recommend you not buy anything from them. Will be posting review on BBB as well.

This company is a scam. Items come from China and are garbage. I want my money back, not your bullshit quality of crap!

This place is joke! Been trying to contact them for several weeks on returning an item that the sizing didn’t work and the material is paper thin. All you ever get is an answering machine.

$60 dollars down the tube on a short tunic dress that says "L" for large and would fit a "S" very well. I should know better. Been thru this once before - should always check for feedback first. The thrift store will be delighted.

If I had the option, I would leave them no stars. This company is an absolute fraud. I ordered some clothes for my wife for Christmas, and they took almost 7 weeks to arrive. Once arrived, none of the clothes were even close to what was advertised. One shirt, in fact, said it was a medium, but it was an XXXL. I could have used it for a car cover.

Boho Beach Hut - BUYER BEWARE. This brand has a nice website, but the products are nothing like the pictures. The products are very basic, and hardly resemble the actual product you are buying. The products take weeks to deliver, and if you want to return the product, you have to pay for shipping, and STEAL your money, only give you store credit. A very terrible experience. Please, Please do not purchase anything from them unless you liked getting ripped off.

I had the same experience as all of these other fooled customers. Same as everyone else, the first order was lost and customer service, while responsive wasn't proactive and didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience until I called them out on their poor service. They refunded $10 for a $90 dress. Just like all have stated, the dress was falsely advertised and looked like a crappier version of Shein and for way more money. I've had much better results with Shein. I also didn't realize they don't refund. I'm quite furious and also wish I saw this site first. Lesson learned, never again. Is there even a pt in returning? I want nothing from that awful company. I should absolutely get my money back. I don't know any complaints that don't do refunds. It's a scam truly.

They charged our card immediately, but never sent any items. Total Scam.

Items arrived extremely late. The sweaters were of poor quality looking nothing like the online photos. Efforts to address my concerns largely ignored. Customer service is patronizing at best. I was ripped off for sure.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two weeks before Christmas and 2.5 weeks later I am still waiting with zero help from their customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
UPDATE - I filed a claim with my bank and received a message from Boho that I need to close my claim and then they would refund my money...I will not close my claim until I receive my refund.

Order a top on 12/9 and on 12/26 USPS blocked my delivery and said it was counterfeit. Now, the package isn't being delivered and Boho isn't offering me a refund.

Do not order from this company, I never received the product and contacted the company. They were polite but not helpful at all. Blamed the postal service and left no options for non delivery. Very scammy feel to this company. Buyer BEWARE

Ordered a shirt on December 8th for Christmas gift tracking app they use is useless was promised item no later then the 17th of December now will not see item till the 27th of December worst worst company I have ever delt with don't expect them to get anything you Order on time
