I ordered a bowl holder probably 2 months ago and over a month ago I received an email that it was ready to be shipped and I would be informed when it was shipped and I've heard nothing back and they're ignoring my emails

The stained glass is great craftsmanship work!
The staining glass was a brilliant piece. I was absolutely delighted in the craftsmanship work and great detail. I was so excited to give this piece to my daughter for Christmas. The amount of detail that went into this piece was the exact match to both of her cats in great detail. Very good value for the money & very well packaged. I am a very pleased customer.

This company does not honor their return policy
The artwork look great but their website only offers a space for your name and not the address this is a address sign done in metal. The problem is they do not honor their return policy of no questions asked returns. I received the item which looked beautiful but it did not have our address in it. I've been trying to contact the company and they continue to refuse to replace the item so I had to file a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. I would suggest you avoid this company like the plague

To receive a beautifully made item that unfortunately does not include the actual address it was meant to display is incredibly disappointing, and I completely understand why you feel let down.
Regarding our return policy and custom items:
You are right to expect that our "no questions asked" returns policy would apply. However, I need to be transparent with you—custom personalized items like address signs do have limitations when it comes to returns, precisely because they are made specifically for each customer. That said, we should have communicated this clearly at the time of your order, and we certainly should not have left you without a response when you reached out for help. I apologise sincerely for this failure in communication and service.
We would like to make this right.
Despite the challenges with custom items, we want to ensure you are satisfied. Please email our customer service team directly at service@bohometalart.com with your order number. Once we receive your details, we will prioritise your case and arrange:
A free replacement with the correct address, produced and shipped at our expense, or a full refund processed immediately, if you prefer not to wait for a replacement.
We understand you've already filed a claim with your bank—that is completely understandable given the circumstances. If you're willing to give us the opportunity to resolve this directly, we will work with you to ensure the chargeback is no longer necessary.
