My experience with the Kennels is great! Products that I ordered for my dog are good quality and my dog is very happy for that.
I want to specify the support form the staff that was very comunicative and they respodn was within two hours.

I picked up a few supplies for my pet from this store. My pet was immediately curious about the new items. it's alwyas nice when a simple order turns out this well.

Easy peasy shopping. but late delivery

This product works well and my pet seems comfortable using it. I just wish it was a bit more durable, but overall it's a good buy.

The chew toy I ordered has been great. My dog usually destroys toys quickly, but this one has held up really well. Surprised haha

I ordered some items for my pet from this store and the whole expereince was what I was looking for. Everything arrived on time with well packeging. My pet loved the products.

I would give a zero if I could. My daughter purchased a “robot dog” that was advertised as following simple commands and “interactive.” She used her own money and was ripped off $50. The dog does nothing as promised. It is a battery operated piece of trash. It doesn’t bark; it squeaks. It doesn’t even walk on our wood floors. Just moved a bunch and makes squeaking noises. These people should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising.

I purchased a "realistic dog" from this company and it was not what was advertised. It is a flimsy, cheap dog that barks. I contacted the company and they offered a 10% refund for the product. This company has hijacked the name from a reputable company in Spartanburg, SC. The return address is in China. BE AWARE of this company and I would not purchase anything from them. A total scam.

Had a issue, but customer service picked it upp really well. Shipping took longer than expected but all is in good hands now and the quality is outstanding. Hope the service will be better the next time i order.
