Charles and his team worked so diligently on the printing and bulk mailing of our publication; when we received the extras by mail we were blown away by the quality! Throughout the whole process Charles was patient and willing to answer all questions we had about quotes or proofs even if it took several days to figure out. We are grateful to work with such kind and caring individuals that want to see the final product be a success just as much as our team.
