Lovely bag, appalling delivery service
I bought an ex-display bag which, as far as I can see, has no defects at all. It looks well made and I really love the design. I have a Bolla bag that I got years ago and is still going strong so I have high hopes for this one too. The reason for dropping two stars was my experience with the delivery. Please stop using Evri as they are utterly useless - they gave me the wrong delivery time, then didn't knock on my door (I was at home), instead choosing to just hand it with a grunt to next doors builder who happened to be in their front garden - is it an offence to give post/parcels to someone other than named recipient?Please can I request that you offer the choice of Royal Mail at the checkout? Your customers deserve better.

Excellent quality, design, price point and service.
I first saw this bag at the New Forest Show summer 2024. I fell in love with it immediately. The bag was £50 and I couldn't decide which colour to have - I wanted several. I followed the company on line, and just a few days ago saw that the navy bag, ex-display, and a colour I preferred, was reduced to £22.50. I risked purchasing it. It arrived promptly and I am not disappointed. It's excellent, good size as a day bag and would carry through to a night bag. Several pockets, plenty space (fits a small bottle of water/juice). Great design, beautiful soft leather. Excellent service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. May buy another at full price, too! 🤔🤦🏼♀️😉😊
