Generally very pleasant , but awkward to get phone communication to the right person & the Pre recorded telephone message has stopped a 5 star review as the voice just waffles on for to long about obvious things when ultimately you just need to get the issue/payment sorted out as quick as possible.

This feedback is strictly related to the costs of making changes in the policy. I asked an agent to change my "public liability" limit, what took him an entire 3 minutes. I had to pay 33 pounds extra for the new limit and also 50 pounds fee for that 3-minute service. God-damn thieves. I hope you are enjoying your new house and your life on credit. Yeeeeah, remember that you are earning 2 times less than you think because you have your own leeches sucking on your profits too. Not to mention that if you die prematurely, it all turns into a win-win situation, because you don't have to worry about the credit anymore, and you still extracted maximum from life. Huh, sounds like the only rational option for life-planning in this God-damn world.
