I found the service exemplary and the level of communication between us was perfect.
The price that we were quoted was half of that of another broker.
We will definitely be using this company for all of our insurance moving forward.

It all seemed to be a bit of a rush as…
It all seemed to be a bit of a rush as we did not get our renewal option until the 27th, 2 days before the expiry of the existing policy. This was mainly due to the insurer not being contactable I believe. Seeing the what went to market and having a comparison on why we have chosen the same insurer would also be useful.
Having 2 weeks and options would be easier for all.
