Avoid working with them
I contacted Bollore Duesseldorf for 2 shipments to Africa, the sales and customer service teams were very helpful and quick. They sent me an offer and later an invoice which I paid and sent them the payment confirmation. Then I sent the shipments to their partner DCP Dettmer container packing in Hamburg as per the information they provided and then I asked for an update after 1 week which was not answered. After 3 weeks I get an email from the export manager asking me where the shipments are and for proof of payment. It turned out that the export manager forgot about my packages or was lazy and didn't follow up on their work. When I asked for information about my shipments, the export manager (DF) became rude and very unprofessional. They apologized for not getting back to me earlier but have no idea where my shipments are.
Conclusion: Avoid!
