‼️Two Calls, Nearly Two Hours, No Proof of Performance

I had two calls with Bolt Deals and left extremely disappointed with the experience.

The first call lasted around 40 minutes, and the second call lasted about an hour. During both meetings, I was asked extensive questions about my business, PPC campaigns, KPIs, marketing strategy, operations, and goals. I was transparent because I expected the same level of transparency from the agency.

Before the calls, I clearly explained that I had previously been burned by another PPC agency and was currently evaluating multiple providers. My goal was simple: understand what makes Bolt Deals different and why I should trust them with my marketing budget.

Unfortunately, after nearly two hours invested across two meetings, I still don’t have an answer.

I was told they had a presentation, processes, systems, and experience to share. However, when I asked to see examples of their work, dashboards, case studies, campaign structure, reporting, or anything that would demonstrate their capabilities, I was told they were not comfortable sharing information because they didn’t yet trust me.

That approach makes no sense. As a prospective client, I am the one taking the risk. Asking a prospect to spend hours answering questions while refusing to demonstrate your own expertise creates a completely one-sided process.

What made the experience even stranger was the fact that the call started with comments about how I looked tired and suggestions to reschedule, despite me being fully prepared to continue the meeting.

At the end of two calls, I felt like I had been interviewed rather than presented with a compelling business case for hiring the agency.

If you’re considering Bolt Deals, I would strongly recommend asking upfront exactly what proof of performance, case studies, dashboards, or examples they are willing to show before investing your time. My experience was a significant time commitment with very little value provided in return.

I think it's important to clarify #1, Bolt Deals has NOT extended an offer to partner & service you and your business therefore, you guys were not customers /clients which means the headline is a bit misleading.

Our Client Qualification Process with all clients starts with an introductory phone-call to learn more about you and your business, problems / goals, bottlenecks, etc to ensure a successful partnership for the both of us.

On this call, while I was trying to run and share projections and results you could achieve, I asked you guys for some metrics like: “lead to contract percentage / rate", which y'all didn't know or track and mentioned your contract to close rate was only 30% which to me is a MASSIVE red flag and makes me question y'alls sales practice and ethics, in addition, when we discussed markets, yall are nationwide but had a low contract to close because dispo was NOT in place, also, you mentioned PPL didn't work after speaking 5 leads. These are only a few of the things that concluded that y’all were not a qualified / ideal client we aim to work with or service. Our objective is add fuel to a fire, not pour more water into a leaky bucket. (respectfully)

Truthfully, the content within the review is a bit misleading as we've clarified almost 3 times how our system works, expectations, projections, etc. However you and Anna were not paying attention at all which is why you didn't have your answer.

In addition, when Anna (your marketing person) shared her screen asking me to audit y'alls ad account which i more than happy was willing to do, y'all then followed-up with asking me to share my screen and go through live client accounts and share what we're doing. to make things sweeter, I saw that Anna was recording the call in an attempt to dissect and copy exactly what we're running, when I had addressed it, you guys got incredibly upset that I wouldn't show a active client account which leads to this silly, negative review.

Finally, we have the entire meeting on recording in order to prove this review is silly as leaving a bad review to a company that didn't extend an offer to partner with you and being offended when my intention was to hold yall accountable and address the problems in your business to get it back on track is a bit sad.

I'm still early on in working with Bolt…

I'm still early on in working with Bolt Deals, but Benjamin, the founder, was immensely helpful from the get-go before I ever paid him a dime. Constantly gave me advice and consulting for free without asking for anything in return or pressuring me whatsoever.

To put into perspective how genuine the founder is and how committed he is to his clients, I initially had a tough technical question during my Onboarding call, and the account manager felt it would be best if Ben himself answered my inquiries, so within a matter of 60 seconds or less, Ben joined the meeting in the lobby of his hotel room, sleep deprived, and gave me all of the answers I needed. What a class act this superhero named Benjamin is, haha.

It's been very evident that Ben's knowledge and skillset is unfathomably extensive, and he knows his work very well. He didn't pressure me even one percent to decide to work with him, he just gave me free value and remained very respectful through all of our communications whether it was over text, consultation, or meeting.

Looking forward to working with Ben further, will update this review as I progress in doing business with him and his business here.

⚠️ Buyer beware: Bolt Deals took $15,000 and delivered nothing.

They guaranteed in writing — 3 closed deals in 90 days, or they work for free. I trusted that and put $15,000 on my credit card.

What did I get? Garbage. Low-quality leads in the middle of nowhere, terrible areas, completely unworkable. Zero deals closed.

They also promised to build a premium website for my business. They delivered nothing.

On top of that, they made a testimonial video of me and my business partner and posted it on their social media — using our image to promote themselves while they were failing to deliver on every promise they made. They’ll face legal consequences for that too.

When I pushed back, the owner and his team got unprofessional fast. I asked for a copy of our agreement so my lawyer could review it. They refused — then vanished. Phone, email, everything. Gone.

If you’re thinking about hiring Bolt Deals: don’t. Protect your money and your business.

And to Bolt Deals — this isn’t over. I’m actively pursuing legal action and I will not let this go. You’re going to answer for it.

$15,000 gone. Nothing to show for it. Learn from my mistake.

I'd like to make a few points. You had only paid us $6K for the 3-months which was the pricing back then. The other $9K was adspend.

Going through the notes, I accurately remember that you guys got 3 signed contracts in that timeframe. For some reason (it's been so long), you were unable to dispo and sell them, which transparently is out of our control. Our job is to generate leads and help you convert them into contracts, dispo is out of our control.

I also remember we offered you a free month of service. Not sure what you meant by the website as we didn't start offering websites buildout until end of 2025.

In regards to the testimonial, we took that down per your request as you guys in that video were incredibly happy that we helped you guys acheive the contracts.

I Looked into probably about 5 ppc agencies- most of them it was the same cost and script. What sold me with bolt was the confidence they had on where we would be in a couple weeks if not months. With in the first week leads were flowing in, I was very surprise especially in the competitive market I am, That is also another thing Benjamin worked with me wanting to stay local. with in week 2 or 3 we had 2 under contract for over 70k in revenue. From the start of onboarding to everything in between the experience has been amazing. Communication is key with bolt leads.

$100K Pipeline Revenue (4 Deals) in Our FIRST 3 Weeks, In One of the Toughest PPC Markets in the Country

Everyone says PPC takes time to optimize and ramp up…

Well, Bolt Deals helped us lock up our FIRST deal in the FIRST week.

Then in week two, we locked up our second deal, which ended up becoming the largest assignment fee we’ve had since starting the business.

Just like that, we had over $62,000 in pipeline revenue.

Then came week three, and we locked up TWO more contracts.

All four deals look extremely promising, and we already have non-refundable escrow deposits in from assignees on multiple deals.

For context, we operate in South Florida, one of the most competitive and expensive PPC markets in the entire country. This is not an easy market to generate motivated seller leads in profitably.

That’s what made these results so impressive.

Onboarding Experience

Our first month with them we locked up two deals immediately, within the week! Excited to see where the future takes us

One on One Service

The Bolt Team takes a strong stance on customer service and being available at all times by connecting us to their internal team via slack and other communication channels.
Overall there teams knowledge of the space, ability to engage on a one on one level with the owner, and overall level of service has made it an enjoyable experience.

my honest opinion of ben and bolt...

Benjamin, and Mathews my ads guy were incredibly great to work with. Me and my partner Noah are wholesalers and apartment investors in Dallas Tx. and have tried dozens of pay by the lead or paying after you close a deal to the agency and we ended up wasting over $50k in adspend and management fees. We found Bolt through Brent Daniels, CG and Family mastermind and we figured we should give him a chance. Although they’re pretty pricy, we’ve found them to be incredibly worth it.

We started working with them 8 months ago and are spending $3K for management and 7.5k in ppc adspend in TX and Florida. The first few weeks we barely got anything but then we started getting contracts. We closed 2 contracts in the first month and then eventually consistently were able to produce 5-6 deals per month. It took us about 4 months to hit $80k pm which is an 8x roi which is pretty good. But as we scaled to $20k per month and things started a bit better and consistently maintain about 5x consistently. Our current goal is to scale to $50k pm in adspend going into next year and maintain the same ballpark roas.

working with the team is great and mathews is an incredible ads guy and explains the process and the strategy very thoroughly and ben the owner is good when it comes to strategy and helping us with systems and processes.

my advice for someone is that give them a chance, they won’t disappoint.

Working with Ben has been one of the better decisions

Working with Ben has been one of the better decisions I’ve made for my business.

What impressed me right away was how intentional everything felt. There was no cookie-cutter approach — the strategy was customized, the feedback was honest, and the team was very hands-on. You can tell they’re experienced and know how to adjust quickly based on real performance.

Communication has been excellent throughout. I always know what’s working, what’s being tested, and what needs improvement. That level of transparency builds a lot of trust.

Ben and his team are the gold standard

Ben and his team are truly the gold standard in our industry. I’ve been in real estate for nearly a decade and have been featured on platforms like CNN, BiggerPockets, Wealthy Way with Ryan Pineda, and Real Estate Rockstars. I mention this not to boast, but to give context — after more than 300 deals and working with countless marketers, very few deliver what they promise. Ben is one of the rare ones who does.

His depth of marketing expertise combined with real business acumen is on another level. You don’t just get PPC management — you get a strategic partner who understands how to generate real ROI, streamline your funnel, and help you scale with intention. His team runs like a machine. Communication is clear, data is transparent, and the execution is dialed in.

To say I was lied to and misled would…

To say I was lied to and misled would be an understatement. This company needs to be reported for false advertising. I don’t write reviews very often, but I felt the need to let people know about my experience with Bolt Deals so they do not get burned like I did. First of all, let me preface this by saying I am an experienced real estate investor who has an acquisition team who is experienced in closing deals. At the time we were closing 5 to 7 deals per month on our own. Bolt Deals promised multiple times that We would get 3 to 5 additional deals per month and if we didn’t, then they would work for free. This however, was in no way true. When I brought this up to them, they explained to me that the deal was if I got three contracts in total then they would not work for free. They also make you pay $7500 for the first three months which is nonrefundable. This of itself is false advertising in my opinion. This is not the biggest lie that I was told. I was told many times that there would be market exclusivity meaning that Bolt Deals would not run ads for anyone else in my market. I found out very quickly that this was untrue and when I brought it up, they said their definition of market exclusivity means they can run ads for up to three people in the same market, which is a complete contradiction of what I was told before joining. Honestly, this could be overlooked, though if they weren’t running the EXACT SAME ADVERTISEMENT for my competitor in my market. The level of laziness to not even change one word in the ad is crazy to me. Even after bringing this up and being told that they would change it, they never did and I later counted seven other companies running the same exact ad as me in my market. Only after I brought it up a fourth time, did they change the ad to some very low quality video and did not produce engagement. They also have a very subpar virtual assistant who they call a lead manager, but their speed to lead was on average over two hours which really hurts conversion rates. After six months and over $30,000 spent with Bolt Deals I finally canceled my subscription with them. This was the biggest waste of money in my business to date. I invested over $30,000 and countless hours of my and my teams time just to have nothing to show for it. I HOPE THIS SERVES AS A WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS POTENTIALLY INTERESTED IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHELL OF A COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Don't do business with Bolt Deals!!!!!

Don't do business with Bolt Deals!!!!!! The owner, Ben, won't return calls, emails or other DMs. I prepaid 6 months for their marketing agency fees and had to fire them after 3 months. They would've even have the consideration to return the unused marketing agency service fees of thousands of dollars. Save yourself the the headaches and walk away before you give them money.

Not a good experience

I ended my contract after the 3 month period, leads I was getting were in the middle of nowhere and they kind of force you to go virtual even though I did not want to. I was charged 2500.00 the next month when I said I wanted to cancel, Ben does not answer Dms due to me requested my 2500.00 back and now the number I had to communicate they do not answer anymore.

Ben and his team work tirelessly for…

Ben and his team work tirelessly for their clients including me. He is always willing to get on zoom calls to help. There team will deliver the leads that they say. No perfect lead exists and we all know it is a numbers game. On our small budget we get 50 to 60 leads a month. I think anyone that connects with Ben and the Bolt team will be satisfied with the communication and lead flow.

Amazing onboarding and ROI

Amazing onboarding, they give you lead managers for free, and out of multiple providers this has been my best PPC provider. They meet with me when needed, very quickly, and are always a call away for support. this is what a marketing agency should look like! Thanks Ben and Lucas!

Bolt Deals - Investor Beware

I am a member of Rhino Tribe as well as Titanium University. I recently (11/24 - 5/25) spent $30k with Bolt Deals. $15k in mgmt and $15k with their ad buyer. They provide you with written procedures on their speed to lead, follow up, and drip campaign. After poor ROI results, I began spot-checking their Speed to Lead and Follow up and quickly found out that they were not doing what I contracted them to do. When I confronted them, their CEO Benjamin Hoang reached out to tell me they fired my "success coach" that I was working with due to my situation among others. When I asked for compensation, Benji wanted to deflect the breach of contract and talk about the appointments they did set as if that made what they weren't doing somehow ok. $30k lesson learned.
