Complete Service Failure — Beware Before You Book
We booked two parcels to Amazon USA (FBA) with reference numbers 925897117 and 925897112 through their dashboard around the second week of August 25. After clearance from their Business Development Manager, Leena, we followed her instructions to send the parcels from Bangalore to Delhi as a transshipment hub. However, once the parcels reached Delhi, they were stuck for about a week.
Upon following up, Leena informed us that an IOR (Importer on Record) was required—something never mentioned during the booking process. This crucial information came as a late surprise, after the parcels had already traveled a significant distance over 4-5 days.
After another 1-2 weeks of delay in Delhi, we were forced to recall the parcels, followed by a difficult and frustrating refund process. Their managers appeared completely unaware of the necessary procedures and acted in an ad hoc, unprofessional manner.
To add insult to injury, during the COVID period, we had already lost an entire parcel entrusted to them. After these two major setbacks, we have firmly decided never to use their services again.
Our advice: Stay far away from this company if you value your shipments and peace of mind.
