The delivery arrived safely, and we couldn't be happier with the product we purchased from you, even went the extra mile when i wanted certain stuff, diffrent headboards, taller tv footboard ect it was made exactly how i wanted it😊.

We absolutely love it! Everyone in our family and circle of friends who has seen it has been impressed, some are even a little jealous and may be interested in getting something similar themselves.

From start to finish the service was outstanding.
The item was delivered to Northern Ireland with an extra cost however was still delivered in the time frame given.
The driver was on the ball and polite even took the item to the room for us.

The bed is good quality however the delivery was at 6am in the morning and they told us they only deliver downstairs as pensioners how are we supposed to carry heavy bed upstairs . We ended up paying an extra £25 to the delivery man to take upstairs. This was not mentioned on website when ordering .

This is the second Lynx Wing ottoman bed I have purchased from this company and cannot fault them from order to delivery is quick and keep you updated and any queries answered straight away and any issues resolved promptly. Products are great and great quality Would highly recommend..

What an experience. From starting from ordering a swatch to full delivery and assembly service was outstanding. Delivered from England to my home in Northern Ireland with no problems. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were exceptional at there job. Polite, fast workers and clean and tidy in there job. The bed was made exactly how I ordered it and when assembled is strong bed and stunning. I highly recommend Bonanza Sleep. You won’t be disappointed.

Ensured they kept in touch with me till they arrived my place and assembled my bed. Loved the products, mattress is comfortable and the bedframe sturdy, just what I needed and exactly what I got. I bought a side lift ottoman divan base from Bonanza Sleep on eBay. Honestly, I just wanted a decent bed, nothing fancy, but wow - I’m so impressed.

The delivery guys were brilliant. They carried everything upstairs, put the bed together, even lifted the mattresses onto the frames, and took my old bed to the garage. Most companies just dump things at the door and leave, but these guys went above and beyond.

At first I thought the bed might be a bit too low, but once it was set up it felt so solid and comfortable. It’s strong, practical and honestly feels better than some of the big-name brands.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, and the customer service was just wonderful. I honestly can’t wait to get into bed every night now.

Highly recommend Bonanza Sleep - they really exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a Richmond Wing bed and I absolutely love it. I got the 75 inch headboard and it is perfect for my room! Delivery and assembly was super quick aswel. Would definitely recommend them
