Scammers. They will charge you for the hair styler and then make a 39.95 unauthorised transaction for a product you didn’t order. They delete comments from their Instagram account and don’t respond to emails. Stay away, do not buy! So dishonest.

A lot of plastic that gets very hot within a few seconds and you cannot hold to use the tool. I turned mine on twice, didn't use on my hair, turned it back off when it got too hot and then packed it back up. Seeking a refund is like pulling hens teeth with excuse after excuse. I'm seeking advice from ombudsman.

I think it takes some time to learn how to use the wave. The rest of the accessories are great. A chunky to take in a travel bag. Overall good but not as easy to use as I thought.

The curls come out so soft and natural looking. Not stiff or overdone at all.

I was so tired of juggling a dryer, a curler, and a straightener every morning. The Bondi Babes solved all of that.

All reviews I could find were positive and I thought the company was Australian, once I ordered I realised it wasn't Australian, website charged $20 for express Australia post how ever tracking showed it was coming from overseas from some random delivery company. Took longer than expected for "express Australia post next day shipping" product it's self is ok for the $90 - the curl things don't work or on shorter hair as advertised. The air intake is a bit iffy be careful it doesn't suck your hair in. And now my social media it flooded with ads for it and all the comments appear to be fake or bots. All in all I will use it to dry &blow my hair but not for curls like I brought it for. I wouldn't buy it again

I don’t know how they get away with this. It’s advertised at $99.95 for a 5 in 1 set which I ordered and paid for, then $39.95 was taken from my card for 2 roller pieces they say come seperate but part of the set. Multiple emails I cancelled right away out of protest but they still charged and had no intention of refunding the extra charged. False advertising, and how do they take money from your card you have not agreed too?

Great product! So easy to use and light weight. Shipping was quick, lots of updates which was great via email and text message. Exactly what it shows on videos and their website. Great buy!

Wasn’t thrilled to pay extra for next day delivery and then be sent email after email that delivery was delayed- offered 10% off hair styling products to make up for the delay. Product did arrive and I have found it easy to use. Not sure I would recommend at this point.

If I could give a zero star I would. This company is extremely misleading. Stay away!! I purchased this with the advertisement of free shipping. In the cart it wouldn’t allow me to get rid of the shipping charge. It did say next day delivery so reluctantly I paid it. I really wanted to treat myself. Upon doing this I never received any tracking information or order number. However my account was charged immediately and funds taken out. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have now sent a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I commented on their Facebook post saying I am waiting on a response email as I haven’t received my order and the post had been deleted.

This company should be fined for false advertising. The 5 in 1 for 99.95 is a smoke screen. I placed my order only yo find an extra charge on my account that didn't authorities, they are trying to tell me its a 3 in 1 and I purchased the extra 2 attachments at a further cost. Don't buy from them unless you want to be ripped off.

My "5-in-1 tool" started smoking on the second use. Bondi Babes have now offered a 10% discount to purchase another one. Woohoo!

They have also advised that all faulty items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, in their original packaging. Very achievable when it actually ships from China and takes 12 days to arrive 🤣

Lovely packaging and it arrived really quickly. Great first impression before even using it.

Very easy to handle and not too heavy at all. Comfortable to use even for longer styling sessions.

The volumizer brush gives incredible lift at the roots. I've always had flat hair and this has completely changed that.

Works well on my medium-thickness hair. Might not be ideal for very thick hair but still a solid performer.

Honestly one of the best purchases I've made this year. It saves me so much time and effort every single morning.
