If I could leave no stars, I would. This product is a scam and a complete waste of money. Please do not waste your time. The return policy will not give you money back. Cheap and nasty Dyson rip off. Worth $3.50. Not sure who the influencers are promoting it, but they must have paid them well to fabricate claims about this absolute junk.

It took a while to get my product. And when I did even tho it was packaged nicely the whole Dyson air wrap felt like it was very poorly made material. The plastic is quite flimsy and the attachments feel they could break easily. The instructions on how to use was minimal and I had to email head office to ask them? The heat setting even tho it says 3 speed it feels like the same speed. I am guessing it is speed. Maybe it is heat. I couldn’t work out the curler part for the life of me and had to YouTube it. I will persevere and keep trying it out. The blow dryer was good tho

I bought this for my daughter and she is very impressed with it. She said the hairdryer component makes her hair feel soft and the curler works well too. My only complaint is that it took three weeks to get to me and I didn’t realise that this company is not based in Australia.

Great blow dryer and volumisier. The curling attachment takes a little bit of practice, once you know how though works well.

This styling tool has changed my hair routine. I have dead straight hair and it creates beautiful curls. Easy to change attachments and heats up quickly. Communication was excellent and it arrived in a timely manner.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! Do not waste your money!!! The exact same product can be purchased from Temu, Amazon or Aliexpress for less than half the price. Save your money and shop the same curler / shitty Dyson dupe at 60-70% cheaper prices.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. What absolute garbage, the product doesn’t work, it’s a some cheap plastic hair dryer from China being massed produced and sold under different brands. Their return policy is the worst, after following all their steps they aren’t accepting a return with a refund, they’re giving store credit and they sell one product, what an absolute joke. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother buying this product. All the positive reviews are paid ones, so don’t even bother wasting your time with this item.

While postage was a little late, the product is user friendly and works really well! I looked like I just left a salon.

I purchased the 5-in-1 hairdryer. It arrived after a very long wait (6 weeks). The packaging is completely unbranded. Neither the box nor brochure mention “Bondi Curls”. The device has no strength of power and is extremely lightweight, no feeling of quality. It would hardly blow out a candle let alone dry my hair. I have extremely fine hair and it could barely grab my hair to wrap around the wand to create any curl. I was sucked in by the social media advertising and thought I read the returns policy, however Bondi Curls will only provide a store credit and will not refund my money even though I contacted them in the day I received the device. They only accept CreditCard, not PayPal, and weirdly my CC was hacked and I’ve had to have it replaced. Don’t waste your time or money!

This product is terrible pile of plastic. Strongly discourage everyone from buying it. They do not ship it next day it comes from China and it it definitely not next day. The product is unbranded and Bondi Curls is just a scam name to make it look trust worthy. They do not provide refund only credit that you cannot use for anything else because this is the only thing they sell. I have reported this website and seller to Australian regulator. They are dishonest and fake - 100% guarantee not +100% as they dishonestly state on their website.

This website gives the impression that it is an Australian based business. The product is shipped directly from China and is not compliant with Australian regulations. It has not been tested and certified to comply with Australian standards for domestic electrical appliances which is a pre-requisite for legally marketing the product in Australia. It promises a 14 day money back guarantee but when you try to claim they refer to their refund policy which only provides for an in store credit. When they only sell one product that is non-compliant, then the store credit is worthless. Their Facebook page has now been taken down but a new website and Facebook page for Bondi Hair has been created to sell the same product. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Good product. Curls ok on extremely long hair but needs alot of assistance with product. Curls are good on shorter hair. Less heat damage and dries will. Would recommend.

Surprised at how well it works on my thick frizzy hair, The hair dryer tool works really well and does not frizz my hair, its lightweight and easy to manage, and usually im a terrible using appliances like this

Absolutely disgraceful company they are very misleading in their promoting of the 5 in 1 styler and stated it can be returned within 30 days money back guaranteed but now the company state they don’t do replacement as the product has been used which is unfair considering the cost of living and the products are unusable and poor quality please don’t get this product not worth it

If there’s a 0 star, Bondi Curls definitely deserve it.
Total scam, hundreds of customers have been scammed. Facebook profile removed.
I asked for a refund for an inferior product and they said no they do not do refunds instead they’ll do a store credit.

Avoid at all costs!
