i ordered a jacket from boneshia, it was a leather jacket brown color. i was worried about the sizing of the product but i usually wears large, i ordered large after discussing with the live chat. they told me that the jacket would arrive in 7 days and that was the true, i got my jacket before time. the material was premium as described by the representative and it fits me perfectly. it is one of the best leather jacket. I am totally happy with my jacket.

I placed an order on Friday and it is now mid day Tuesday and I have not received any notification on the status of my order. This was an order I was hoping to have on time and that it would be processed promptly but I have not heard back. I have emailed them twice now and no response. I tried calling the number provided on their site which my caller id says Denver CO, yet the business is supposedly located out of TX. Furthermore it rang almost as if a cell phone and no professional answering service or indication you’re calling a business. I found Facebook that this company is based out of Pakistan based off of their +92 area code on Facebook. I wish I had not been so desperate that I trusted these Trust pilot reviews. So far this process is a nightmare and I’m scared I just got scammed out of $200!

Recently encountered an experience with this brand named, Boneshia. Gave them a bulk order of 20 biker jackets for me and biker group and you know what? I am really surprised to see the quality, material and the product was up to the mark as described. Really appreciate your work BONESHIA. Keep up the good work.

This company is an absolute scam. Thought I wouldn't get hit by one of these scummy "companies" but here I am doing whatever I can to show the world how awful they are.
Order a $160 jacket on 12/30/24. I emailed 01/07/25 to get an update. Was told 3-7 BUSINESS days and the order would arrive. Emailed them again about a status update on 1/16 and they provided me a FedEx tracking number which has been stuck on location somewhere in the middle east TO THIS DAY. I emailed them every single week and they completely ghosted me AND took my money. Terrible customer experience and absolute fraudulent business practices. Just like the others say the contact info of Houston, Tx and the phone don't work. Stay far away from them!

Scam - False Advertising

Alias’s for this company seem to include: Boneshiafashion, Boneshia Leather, Boneshia Fashion, and Boneshia.com.

The phone number listed on the website is out of service 720-343-4371 and the address: 10685-B Hazlehurst, Houston, TX 77043 is fake as well.

The coat I ordered took more than two weeks to arrive. The coat was not what I had bought when it arrived. The coat is described as a "Sheepskin Shearling Jacket." It cost more than $279.00. The package I was given included a thin leather coat with a shearling-like synthetic inside. Additionally, the coat's color did not match the Boneshia Fashion product website.
Clearly an unethical business. The company is refusing to let me return the coat or provide a full refund.

i bought jacket for me and my boyfriend and it was a custom order. I submitted my design to the support team to get it made. The jacket was perfect and the quality was awesome. i would definately ordering again on christmas and valentines day for me and my boyfriend. Really good customer support and amazing service this business offers.

I recently ordered 50 black real leather jackets and i asked to add my company's logo embroidered on the right side of the jacket. the customer support was quick. The quality of the jackets is great and all of my customers are happy. I worked with Rebecca and he answered all of the questions I had with my order. He made this a seamless process for me and I will definitely be using this company for my next event!

I had a custom jacket and vest for me and my husband made through the boneshia and they absolutely made the best one. the measurements of Both pieces fit perfectly, and the material is high quality. it was very easy to communicate with the sales person to give the custom size for the jacket! Highly recommend them, would work with them in a heartbeat.

Excellent reviews all appear to be fake. Do not trust, items are counterfeit and come from Pakistan, not a US source. The grammar in the “good” reviews is very telling and when run through AI all appear to be written by the same person using different log in credentials. Trust pilot has no mechanism for complaining about these fake foreign sites that sell counterfeit products.
