Hi Gordan,

We tried to work with you on your shipment. It costs over $110 to ship to your area in Nunavut. We always offer a full refund to our customers if they don't want to pay the extra cost to ship there. Which we have offered you and you accepted. There's no company that would spend $110 on shipping for a $200 order. I'm sure you are aware of the high costs to ship to your location, this should be of no surprise to you.

I can see from your tracking that Canada Post received your package on Jun 27/25 and you signed for it on July 3/25. It appears everything worked out fine.

not professional, doesn’t deliver in time (don’t get expedited shipping it’s a scam) and is not easy to reach out to, meaning they don’t reply. will find excuses for everything. please avoid, it’s a waste in everything. and you won’t get your product

Criminal level of CS

Check out sites. Products I want. Fair prices. 15% July discount. Free 10% for new customers. I open chat for support and say although I provided my email I didn't get a first time code. Rep says check junk. I said I have, double checked and also have a different email from you so your domain is not going to junk. Instead of giving an answer about that they say to use the 15% off that is advertised on front page. I reiterate that I am asking for the FIRST TIME code for my FIRST ORDER and if I can't use both just tell me what I can do. They said "I did" or something not helpful. During the time they danced around my question I just made an alt email and tried again and it worked. I got the coupon. I told them that I it seems like they were trying to prevent from maybe addressing if I could use both at all and hope I would just forget about it. I mentioned this and they called me a crybaby lol. I said that's not professional and I have screenshots that I intend to at some point in the appropriate places because even if they are a legit business, the customer service was shady and was like someone was trying to trick you into order. They will say I was rude. I was. After I called them out and the were insulting to me. I don't think that is out of line from the customer end. AVOID. At best they don't scam and are shady worst case is a full out scam.

Hi Nima,

We don't have coupon stacking on our site and we tried to tell you that but you wouldn't listen and kept going on about the 10% discount. We offered you a 15% discount code instead of the 10% first time customer. Which is a way better deal because your getting 15% off instead of 10% off. We also have screenshot of you swearing and being rude to our customer rep. To say we tried to trick you by offering you a better discount code is beyond me.
