Ett oseriöst företag som inte verkar vilja sälja sina produkter. Otroligt dålig och spydig kundservice. Skulle aldrig rekommendera någon att försöka handla härifrån.

Vi beklagar att du upplevt kontakten med oss som negativ. I det aktuella fallet tog varan tyvärr slut i lager efter din beställning, vilket vi meddelade och återbetalade dig för. Några dagar senare kom samma vara tillbaka i lager via en retur och blev då tillgänglig igen på hemsidan.
Vi har full förståelse för att detta kan upplevas som frustrerande, men det är absolut inte vår avsikt att uppfattas som oseriösa – tvärtom försöker vi alltid vara så tydliga och hjälpsamma som möjligt.
Vi är ledsna att vi inte levde upp till dina förväntningar denna gång, men vi uppskattar att du tog dig tid att dela med dig av din upplevelse.
The company was not up front about the…
The company was not up front about the possible customs charges. They could make the customer prepay them on their website, but instead you are stuck with a UPS bill when your item arrives if you want to be able to keep the package. When I emailed to ask about the charges and ask for a refund they were rude and short with me and did not respond after one response even though I repeatedly emailed them.

We always aim to be as transparent as possible and do mention at checkout that customs fees may apply on orders shipped outside the EU. These fees are determined and charged directly by UPS upon delivery, and unfortunately, we cannot predict or pre-collect them, as they vary depending on destination and local regulations.
We're also sorry if our response came across as rude or short - that was never our intention. We strive to offer respectful and timely customer support, and we’re always working to improve.
Så dålig kvalitet
Så dålig kvalitet. Dyrt för ingenting. De gravidtights jag köpte (svarta) såg man RAKT igenom, och med mammatrosor eller string för den delen så visar man mer än önskvärt, böj dig för bövölen inte framåt, haha! Hade en graviditet, sen var det ett hål mitt på byxan, det går inte att laga snyggt. Den största glädjen var att få slänga dem i soptunnan, stört mig sen dag ett. Aldrig mer igen och rekommenderar inte till nån!

0 customer service + awfully poor products
Despite having emailed on 5th March regarding my purchase of a poor quality, faulty pair of Ribbed Trousers, then following up again on the 12th, I am yet to receive a response - though am receiving frequent marketing emails!
Despite only wearing them infrequently for a few weeks, they are already falling apart at the seams and have completely lost their elasticity, making them unwearable. I have followed all washing instructions carefully. Given that these are maternity trousers, they should be designed to last at least the duration of a pregnancy, yet they are already fit for disposal.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, an item must be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. These trousers clearly do not meet this standard, and I would appreciate a resolution in the form of a refund or replacement.
Would not recommend, at all. Prices are extortionate for items that don't even last a month's wear.

Extremt dålig service. Fick inte tag på kundtjänst på 2 veckor gällande retur. Fick inte returnera en produkt, trots att jag köpt den med rabatt gör dem mig betalningsskyldig genom Klarna så det blir fullpris på min redan betalda produkt.

Not good quality garments
Writing a second review on the quality of the garments. Short summary: not good at all.
I purchased a practical wardrobe set to use to rough my pregnancy and breastfeeding phase: merino leggings + merino top since I live in Sweden, two leggings in Lyocel, several cotton underwear and a fleece. The only item that’s in good a good shape after only 2 months of wear is the fleece jacket. Lyocel Leggings are super thin and see through from the start, so not great quality at all. All of the leggings ripped including merino ones. The underwear stretched way too much, so the quality of the cotton is not great at all.
I’m so disappointed and sad about this. Lashed out a good chunk of money hoping that this brand makes quality clothing but it’s all in their good marketing , the products themselves are not quality made at all.

Vill lämna tillbaka en vara men jag har ingen returetikett? Har försökt mejla kundservice men inget svar och hittar även inget nummer att ringa till. Har av olika anledningar inte kunnat lämna tillbaka paketet så snabbt jag hoppats på och snart har det gått 30 dagar sen jag beställde varan, känns sådär att behöva betala bara för att jag inte får tag på kundservice.

The products were broken when I received them. Boob Design won’t make a refund or send me new products, claiming their company went bankrupt. However the website is still up and running. Do not order anything from this company. Bad quality, very expensive, yet horrible service.

Horrible company. I returned my order, it was not good at all. I never got my money back and when I email them they didn’t even respond. Eventually they get back to me to say that the company has gone bankrupt and I will not get my refund. Meanwhile the store is still up and running online. WARNING DO NOT ORDER!!

great clothing but the company has gone bankrupt Sept 24, 2024. They would not process my refund and I had to pay quite a bit more for things I did not keep at all.
All the while it is still possible to buy items from their website. Do not buy anything!!!!!

Boob design do not refund returns accord customers legal and selling already paid goods from other customers again !!! Boob design is not fair! I can recommend you not to buy ANYTHING from them!!!!!

Is there any customer support service? Placed an order, should have received a welcome discount but it didn’t work on the site, wrote 3 emails to ask about it and never received a reply! I also don’t know if the good have been sent or not; I am about to take my order back and signal the company to PayPal!

Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe
Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe! Ich hatte zwei Pakete bestellt. Eins wurde tagelang nicht verschickt. Als ich nachfragte, sagte man mir, dass der von mir bestellte Jumpsuit nicht lieferbar war. Ich hatte allerdings nur BHs bestellt. Dann sagte man mir, ein BH Set wäre nicht lieferbar. Das Paket kam dann wenige Tage später und es fehlte ein anderer anderen Artikel als angekündigt. Die Rücksendungen wurden beide erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung bearbeitet und jetzt soll ich auch noch den fehlenden Artikel bezahlen. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Varning för oseriös aktör!! Helt värdelös. Inget stöd. Dålig passform. Måtten stämmer inte alls med tabellen. Och till råga på allt så vill de ha 108 kr betalt för att jag returnerar varan.

Jag beställde ett par bikinitrosor för några veckor sedan, men när paketet kom innehöll det två amningsBH:ar. Jag har försökt ringa deras kundservice många gånger men möts bara av "just nu går det inte att nå det önskade numret...". Jag har såklart också mailat vid ett flertal tillfällen, men inte fått något svar. BH:arna har jag såklart returnerat men jag har inte fått något bekräftelse på att de har mottagit returen, och inte heller fått tillbaka pengarna. Otroligt missnöjd.

Alla produkter kom inte med, kundservice svarar inte
Har inte fått alla produkter jag beställt tyvärr. Har kontaktat deras kundservice i 3 omgångar utan svar. Nu har det gått snart 2 veckor.
Gillar de produkter jag fått men att de inte svarar på ett ärende där en kund faktiskt inte fått alla varor som man dessutom betalat för är tråkigt och man känner sig lurad.
Uppdatering
Har fått återbetalning av produkten så nu är allt löst. Kan rekommendera produkterna mycket.
