Dan and Rob have been excellent! Dan initially set up my booking system for me very quickly and explained where I needed to make changes myself in the future. Both he and Rob are very responsive and go above and beyond to help - even on the weekend! Thank you both

BookingNinja is amazing! There is no other word for it. It is fast to set up and easy to use. It is enormously flexible whilst never being overwhelming. It can do everything from one sitting over a few tables in a small coffee shop to multi-floor, multiple venue restaurant groups. It has been designed and coded by someone who has owned hospitality venues and it shows. New feature requests are evaluated and actioned quickly (sometimes within hours!) and the support is responsive and helpful. Lastly, it is very keenly priced and even the full featured version costs much less than competition such as ResDiary and OpenTable. I can't recommend it enough!
We've been with Booking Ninja for about 6 months and have had nothing but fantastic customer service from them. We had a slight unfortunate spate of fake bookings and Dan and the team have gone above and beyond by writing a programme with authenticates email addresses before bookings are accepted especially for us! We can't thank these guys enough. Highly recommend!!!

Overall great product and fantastic service. The portal is simple to use and adapt to suit my business. Feedback from customers has also been very positive on how simple and useful it is. The online chat service is fantastic, we dealt with Dan a couple of times and he goes out his way to help you out. Would highly recommend. Dave at The Spyway Inn.
Excellent system, incredible support. Literally nothing is too much trouble. Yes, there are occasional glitches but they are dealt with immediately, unlike any other system I've used.

These guys are great. They were so helpful even before we moved to a paid plan. The front-end interface is so so slick, integrates perfectly into our website and the back-end clearly shows us all the information we could want. When we did have a suggestion for extra functionality, it was added within a week! I love that I as a tiny independent bar we offer a web booking service that is so professional and how BookingNinja has not obliterated the competition is beyond me because the quality of the product and service certainly does!
Ace! So helpful. Really went above and beyond on a couple of things in the last week.
Had a little bit of a rocky patch last year, as with most things but now back to top notch.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the team at BookingNinja. We have recently swapped from our previous booking system and could not be happier. We have set up 2 venues and the system is exceptional. So flexible, catering for each venue of different sizes and requirements. The interface looks great on our websites. The administration is easy to use and most of all, we cannot compliment the development team enough. We have had moments of asking questions, not about issues, but simply special requests which they have implemented on the spot, expertly and efficiently. Something we would be normally charged £200+ per hours for from other companies. So as another plus, these guys are astounding value for money, and certainly exceeding their competitors in skill and customer service. We feel absolutely spoiled. So impressed with the system, the team and the seamless experience for our customers.
So many features which we are excited to try, although at the moment it's doing ten times what we had to use before so we've hit the ground running.

Best booking system I've used!
I spent many weeks trying to find booking software that would work for our business Pottery Painting, Clay Making, Potters Wheel. Because our business is not a restaurant finding the right booking system seemed impossible.
Booking Ninja saved the day. From the very beginning the free trail to see if the software would do what we wanted to signing up for the Gold package. I can not express how happy we are.
Daniel has been amazing at addressing the many bespoke requests that we have had because of how unique our business is.

Having asked if we could change the booking calendar that customers use to something that shows each session and availability exactly as we want it too, Daniel made the changes and we can not be happier.
Customers can now see availability before they book sessions to paint or attend our potters wheel experience. Which is just brilliant.

Booking Ninja is great! We opened our restaurant 6 months ago and I was looking for a rather cheap alternative to big companies like ResDiary that charge quite a lot for a small restaurant like us. Booking Ninja was incredibly simple to set up and their customer service is on another level. They have actually changed their websites immediately a few times after I've asked for something specific and I really appreciate it. Very simple to use, it has all the tools you need really. We are an independent restaurant and Booking Ninja suits our needs big time. Thanks to Daniel for all his hard work!
From start to finish the process of signing up and implementation has been easy enough for a novice like me.
I was able to access their technical support whilst only being a "free user" and was so impressed with the speed and clarity of the support the we subscribed immediately to a paid plan.
The platform has taken away the headache of table planning.
I particularly like the built in deposit charging system (Stripe) as a way to ensure that you don't get random bookings only to be cancelled with little to no notice, this is particularly good for smaller outlets like ours where tables are a premium.
I also like the fact that the platform is independent and operated by a team who I can tell are invested in their product.
Absolutley fantastic software, really easy to use for both customers booking and us.
The customer service is above and beyond.
