Book It Now Holidays Avis 

I called the company wanting more information on a holiday they were advertising, the gentleman didn't seem to have any more information than what was on the advert and was pushing me to book straight away or at least put a 'cheap' deposit of £250 down. I backed off and said I wanted a night to think about it, as I had called for the additional information, not necessarily to book. He was very pushy and stated that the deal would not be there tomorrow. After ending the phone call I checked the hotel website to see what their standard prices were - they were running a deal that resulted in their prices for the equivalent holiday being slightly cheaper than what 'book it now' was advertising. I would now actively avoid this company.

Trevor was very helpful in clearing up my query and explaining every aspect of my holiday booking. Very good service. Happy customer.

Any company that posts all positive reviews I'm skeptical. It's my mistake of not looking. I booked a trip to the Dominican Republic back in April. Everything was set for pay delay as a payment arrangement. Paid for the flight and travel insurance first. June arrived and my boyfriend found out his mom was diagnosed with a terminal disease. We postponed the trip. Called Bookit and asked for a postponed trip which is a modification not a cancellation. We were charged a cancellation fee on top of a flight fee and hotel fee. Months go by. August arrived. I was having issues with my health. Took time of work. Came back to work and found out I didn't have enough time to go on my trip. My job was threatened with termination or write up. So I called to see if I could modify my trip to less days. Bookits device would not allow modification for the days I wanted in October. So I said, cancel the whole trip. Ended up paying a cancelation fee again and was charged flight fees. Mind you after spending 30-45 minutes on hold I'm already upset. So I called travel insurance and received an email stating I could not receive a refund because of past due time. Unacceptable. No negotiation, no nothing. Can't have a refund.
