I messaged once, emailed once and called and left a message. no response.

I'm really glad I chose Book Print Canada for my comic book printing. The print turned out clean, the pages feel good, and the binding is nicely done. Really happy with how everything came together.

I had Book Print Canada produce five copies of a thesis and I was very disappointed that I chose them. When I first reached out for a quote they seemed great but over the course of our business their responses got less and less frequent and clear. At one point, I couldn't reach them at all and I was afraid I would never see my books and they had run off with my money. Eventually, my order did arrive but the quality was disappointing -- poor formatting, dull cover, and loose pages. I was also charged more than what was quoted and when I inquired a couple of times about a refund, they never answered. Finally, they claim to be a Canadian company but my books arrived with a packing slip from an American publisher. Would not ever order from them again.

They did a fantastic job printing my book. The pages were neatly printed, the cover looked vibrant, and the binding was solid.
It truly gave my work a polished and professional feel.

Book Print Canada knows their way around a book cover, for real. My children's book cover? It's got all the bright, fun vibes I wanted. Did have to remind them a few times that I was on a deadline, but hey, when you see the cover, it's like, alright that was worth a gentle push.

Communication was led entirely by me. They took two months from the time they got my money to providing me with a book I didn't want. They assured me over the phone they would do formatting and provide me with a digital preview. I only ever received my own pdf back from them, and that's what they ended up putting into print. An awful waste of time, money, and paper.
