Extremely Disappointed with BookstoHome Service and Response
Wow, @BookstoHome — absolutely stellar customer service! Ordered multiple books, and got TWO damaged copies delivered right in sealed packaging. Reported it with clear photos, and after an agonizing 10-day wait, their brilliant reply was: "Not eligible for replacement or refund."
So basically, pay for damaged goods and tough luck if you want a fix. Who needs customer satisfaction when you can have silence and denial? If you value your money and sanity, think twice before ordering from these jokers. #CustomerServiceFail #BookstoHomeDisaster
