Steer clear!! wish I'd checked out the reviews earlier. I failed the multiple choice and thought that's okay I can re-book for free, then I found you need 39 correct answers to be eligible for free re-tests under T&C's. It all looks promising on the website but it's a rip off! Only good if you fail on 39 anything less, and it's money in their pockets.

My advice is read the small print very carefully. If you don't get over 39 you are not eligible for the retest which you Paid extra for initially. Leaves a bad taste and would never use or recommend again. Teenagers don't have a lot of money and this is simply a way of extracting more from them! Shame

Somtimes we do things in rush or excitement, or just never done a good research until its too late. You can get back of your money. If a bank transfer( card) then it went to another back. So the money is in a real person account.

You should call your back immediately and report to them that you don't recognize this transaction, they will cancel your card and issued a investigation. And soon they will retract the money back to your acount from where it's at. Even if they already withdraw it, their bank will go in overdraft to pay you back. Nothing to worry about too much. Just denied you know nothing of this transaction to your bank. I too make mistakes online via third party signed up for good deals, this was a good deal, if you feel you would get 3 free re-entry. That's a good deal to be honest, but the secretly stated that "but only if you get over 39 Q right". So I look and think, that's strange, shouldn't it be regardless? The BRIGHT red font is a warning sign, the lock on the top left not showing green, miss spelled words, no direct telephone number etc. And the ice on the cake is, after signed up , you dont recieved nothing, via email or text. No confirmation,nothing.
Thank God it's not crypto transaction because your money would be gone without a digital print,

Good thing, your bank can track it and refund it back. Only problem, you wont be able to use that card anymore until the new one come, usually 5 days.

Just be careful next time.

Once I booked this service I then realised I had been charged double, then read the reviews and panicked that I'd been scammed. Thinking is it worth it? I phoned my bank who advised that until they didn't provide the service they had promised there was nothing they could do.
I shouldn’t have worried. The first test was booked and i failed. I emailed them straight after my first test and within a couple of hours they had rebooked my second test! Which I checked on DVLA website.

I needn't have worried. The first test was booked and subsequently failed. I tried to upload a photo of the paperwork to arrange the first resit but it wouldn't accept the photo. I emailed the company using the link on the website and was advised to attach it to an email instead. The second test was booked and once again failed. The second resit was arranged promptly but then Covid hit. The test was rearranged twice through lockdown without any prompt from myself and subsequently passed. We would therefore have spent more money by booking separate tests on the gov.uk site.

This company is a total scam.
I have book a test late in the night but they managed to take my £45.99 immidiately. Little did I know that they are scammers.

Do not book this. I did as was unaware that it is a scam and is twice the price of what you should pay. Who lets them continue to do this?

Why didnt i check the reviews earlier ... thats a 50 bucks in those b@stards account ... and when i see how many people are doing the same mistake i did .. makes me wonder why is this website still running. SCAM dont use it youll never see your money back or the test that you were promised. i will try to get my money back, ill even check if they can be accountable for their actions

This is a scam as previous reviews. Have reported this to Fraud Authorities who are already investigating. PLEASE NOTE MANAGED TO GET REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL. Imagine credit/debit card services would offer similar help.

Its a scam site i paid £23 to book my theory test and i have not so much seen a confirmation email how this site has been allowed to go on for months scamming people without getting removed is truly amazing to me

Booked my daughters theory test on 11th feb, no contact from them regarding rescheduling regarding COVID-19. Had to rebook with another company as no response from this company. I have been emailing since the 11th July and said a refund would be processed and should take 5-15 days, still nothing and after numerous emails to say ‘we have done it with the details you gave us and it must be your bank’ They won’t even tell me what details they have sent it back to. My bank say it would not take this long. I have now sent this further. Terrible service and double what Gov.uk charge.🤬🤬🤬🤬

After having left a review a few days ago and leaving an email with this company to say that if I did not get a full refund back would take matters further.

This is so bad. With so many bad reviews and comments why hasn’t this site been closed down. I cant believe I fell for this too! Rushing to book my son’s theory as I was busy working I paid the £45 for nothing!! Halifax bank where no help at all. No support what so ever! What worries me more are these strangers having my sons driving details and our address. I’ve cancelled my bank card too

How annoying, I too have fallen for this, really annoyed with myself. Paid the money, and not heard a thing back, what a rip off. Aaaaaaaggghhhhh

I have booked through this company and I'm so regretted, its absolutely the most Trick company. I'm so surprising how law of country allowed type of this company to deceiving people easily. It should be banned immediately by the government.

Very disappointed with myself for falling for this scam. Have paid double for the yeast and feel completely stupid. The DVLA confirm that this was paid by someone else’s card and they kept the £23 to themself for the pleasure of booking me onto a theory nowhere near where I live and in October. Fuming
