Ashley Stout from Boomer Benefits helped us with annual enrollment with a very good plan. We had obe plan for two years and they raised the monthly fee by $70 in June for two of us.($840 annually) We asked Ashley to help lower the cost and she found an excellent one. I just retired and newly joined Medicare. I received phone call offering an advantage plan that I did not want. Somehow they signed me up anyway. I spoke with Wendy Scoonmaker from Boomer Benefits and she made phone call for me to assure that I was not signed up. She then proceeded to keep tabs on them all the way until the deadline. She handled this with the utmost professionalism and gave me peace of mind that my plan would stay as I intended. I needed help registering for Medicare, selecting plans, and trying to understand what I had to do and when in order to make the registration and selections happen.
