Gebrauchsanweisung? Die beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisung für headpods Tune ist ein Witz. Auf der boompods-Webseite ist auch keine ausführlichere Gebrauchsanweisung zum download. Außerdem kann ich die Kopfhörer nicht reseten (finde nirgends eine Anleitung).

I'm really surprised to read the negative reviews here.

I bought a pair of Boompod Zero speakers two years ago and I've been really happy with the quality of the sound they produce.

I've had no connectivity issues - they connect to Bluetooth and pair as stereo straight away, even in an environment with a lot of other Bluetooth devices.

I have no experience of their customer services - so perhaps this is an issue - but I am very happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing — constant connection issues

We bought 2 BOOMPODS AirTags for $50 — a complete waste of money. They constantly lose connection, and even after several reset attempts (including by the retailer), nothing worked. To make things worse, one of the tags wasn’t even rechargeable.

The retailer refused to refund us, which made the experience even more frustrating. Honestly, if we bought cheap tags from TEMU, it wouldn’t matter — they cost almost nothing. But these cost nearly the same as Apple AirTags, and the quality doesn’t come close.

Will never buy this product again.

Boompods are the Worst Headphones/Ear Phones ive ever bought. Had 15 Euro pairs of headphones/earphones that were more reliable. First pair stopped charging the right Earphone after 2 weeks eventually was given a new pair by the retailer, Second pair has had the same issue (Right Earphone this time) Cannot be bothered with them anymore massive waste of 60 quid, Usually i would stick to the bigger name brands and i cant see that changing after this experience. Customer support were wholly inhelpful too, Didnt even reply to my last email. Avoid at all costs.

Maybe Boompods need to bededicating more time to developing better more reliable technology than trying to save the environment at every corner. 1/10

Die Firma wirbt mit der Herstellung dieser Kopfhörer „aus 100% nachhaltigem Kunststoff aus dem Meer“. Der Akku meines Kopfhörers war leider bereits nach ein paar Monaten defekt, so dass sich die Ohrhörer nicht mehr aufladen ließen. Da die Garantiezeit noch nicht abgelaufen war, erhielt ich vom Händler einen Ersatz. Bei diesem zweiten Gerät hielt der Akku leider auch nur 13 Monate!
Mein Fazit: Für eine Nutzungsdauer von ca. 1 Jahr sind die In-Ear-Kopfhörer zu teuer und wenig nachhaltig!

£50 pair of sports pods - one broke within a few weeks. I had registered the product via QR code and then contacted them via the form on their website - zero response. I tweeted them - zero response. Eventually someone called Francesca messaged me back but has subsequently ignored me. £50 is not to be sniffed at in my experience - so shoddy product and non existant after sales - avoid.
