Efficient, User friendly and Super Flexible to your needs
It has such a simple interface to use, the range and flexibility of languages offered is GREAT and our account manager is quick to respond to needs and reaches out just to check in from time to time just because. Great easy set up when we started, great communication and would highly recommend!

Overall very good service w/ live translators. My last call, however, had the translator disconnect and he did not call back. I have not tried the AI translation.

Almost anytime we use boostlingo the connection is less than ideal. More than 70% of the time we have to call multiple times to get to a rep due to poor connection. It appears someone is on the line, but we cannot hear them. This then leads to misuse of our monthly allotted minutes.

Increased parent communication
Boostlingo has increased effective communication regardless of the language barrier. Staff utilize translators for parent conferences, IEP meetings, and general communication. The platform is easy to use.

Great Platform, Great Service
We needed a translation service for a busy, multi-office medical practice in an increasingly cosmopolitan area. We have many patients who speak Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Ukranian, Vietnamese and Boostlingo has been a lifesaver. Additionally, we needed a more affordable option for ASL interpreting which Boostlingo fulfilled. Thank you!

We have enjoyed the ease of use so far. It is easy to use with stationary phones at the office, but not when one works remotely and uses a phone app or PC app to answer calls. We are still figuring this part out.
