For the record I thought all of the reviews were fake but the security measures made sense so I did not care. As it is my order was just finished and they can add one more happy customer to their list.
A rep was in contact to ask if I planned on playing in the near future (so they could), worked around my schedule and was in contact almost instantly any time I had a question.
Anyways, if you're like me work full time and don't have the time to play like you did years ago but want to keep the challenge going I highly recommend.

Great experience, professional and courteous. Pro players did amazing work for a calibration, won 100% of the games they played. I will use them again for my party calibration.
