The staff were brilliant
The staff were brilliant. Alice, Roney, Ann and Lucy. The optician detected and referred me for cataracts and Roney treated my eyes for blepharitis. Everyone was helpful, polite, professional and and happy. They deserve 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my appointment today at london colney , was refused to be seen as i reached 5 mins late on opticians desk. I was at boots on time , took me time to locate optician area.

A VERY RELAXED ATMOSTPHERE AT SWINDON TOWN CENTRE. THE OPTICAN CARRIED OUT ALL MY TESTS WITH PAITENCE AND MAKING ME FEEL WORTHY OF HER TIME.
MY RESULTS WERE COMPARED TO MY RESULTS FROM TWO YEARS EARLIER.
I WAS SHOWN MY RESULTS AND THE OPTICIAN EXPLAINED ALL THE RESULTS CLEARLY.
MEASUREMENTS TAKEN.
NOT PUT UNDER ANY PRESSURE TO BUY A CERTAIN TYPE OF GLASSES.
I STILL HAVE TO PICK UP MY NEW GLASSES.
VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND BOOTS SWINDON TO ANYONE.

Excellent servicd
I had a wonderful experience during my visit to the optician. He was extremely patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain my eye condition to me in great detail and made sure I fully understood everything.
What impressed me most was the care and consideration he showed. As English is not my first language, he even used a translation app to communicate with me in my own language and make absolutely sure that I understood all the information clearly.
I felt that I was given plenty of time and personal attention, and I never felt rushed. I am very grateful for such a professional, caring, and thoughtful service.

Amy and Heena at the Fakenham branch
Amy and Heena at the Fakenham branch, were very helpful and professional, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt important, I didn't have to wait and went straight in, I was given the option to have advanced scanning which i took as i think the eyes are very important to look after and i hadn't been for an eye test for around 4 years, everything was explained and was all healthy, my eyes were tested by Heena and I required a stronger pair of glasses, Amy helped me choose them and explained everything for a better fit, I left happy knowing that my eyes are good and I've got a pair of good looking glasses, all in all an outstanding service, many thanks

Contact Lens & Glasses Check Up
All the staff at the Rayleigh, Essex Branch were extremely helpful and attentive. In particular, Barbara who took time to assist with my choosing the right frames and clearly explaining my options. She was very patient with a warm nature.

A complete waste of time !!!!
I was contacted by someone from Boots to book annual eye tests for myself and my wife.These were duly booked for today and we were checked in on our arrival.
However when I was called for one of the pre checks I was informed that I could not have a free NHS check as my review was not due until next month.One must ask why was I booked for October in the first place?I will not be returning.

The exam was thorough and informative
The exam was thorough and informative, however the second assistant that did the scan test was sullen, did not smile and made me feel like an inconvenience.

I had an appointment with Kristy to collect my new vary focal glasses. Kristy was really helpful getting me set up and giving me information for my new glasses as I hadn’t had vary focals before. Glasses are well made and I’m very happy with them.
