All the staff were very friendly and helpful.The optometrist who tested my eyes explained exactly what the problem was and referred me for laser surgery.

A first class experience. Visited Boots opticians in Sunderland for a routine eye test.
A very warm greeting by Rob upon arriving in store. Rob took me through booking in and carrying out the initial tests including the enhanced retinal scan.
Handed over to Emily the Optician for the actual test itself, she kept me fully informed during the testing process, no rush, took the time to flick back and forth on different lens strengths during the test.
Emily possess an exemplary bedside manner.
Overall I was in the store for around 45 minutes and left feeling like a valued customer.
If Boots ever need a blueprint on how to successfully deliver enhanced customers satisfaction, look to Rob and Emily for some tips.

Seen the same day as enquiring over a sore eye after a contact lens split on me and went behind my eye, spoke with Charlotte who organised for me to be seen in the afternoon, went in, and the lens fracture was removed, comfy eye once again. Great staff all round.

Had Eye test at the Tonbridge store. My eyes were test by Nigel. He was friendly and gave advice, also gave me helpful information about my medical condition. All the staff in the store were helpful and friendly.

Visited boots opticians Solihull today because we were unsure if the new glasses we obtained one week earlier were correct. We were attended to by Meg who not only was extremely friendly but also very knowledgeable and explained to us about our new glasses. Meg also told us that they would like to give me a further eye test f o c to compare with the earlier one. No matter what the result they will make new lenses to all ow for a bit more distance clarity than the new glasses we had last week as they just don’t suit me . I couldn’t expect anymore from this charming . Friendly, girl called Meg she deserves a commendation for the manner in which she dealt with us . In particular as boots didn’t carry out the original eye test ,they simply made the glasses from the prescription we gave them .This is what customer service is all about fantastic thank you Meg for being such a great friendly assistant. I visited Boots opticians in Lancaster today for an eye test and new glasses. The Optometrist Sabina explained to me quite clearly how my test had gone and what my requirements were. I was attended to by Lela and Aamina who both were Polite,Professional, and Customer friendly. Very happy with my visit to Boots Opticians today.

I highly recommend Boots Options in Billericay, Essex they have brilliant staff and they are always friendly and helpful with their customers. Kate on reception is lovely and Renal who does my Eye Test always explains everything she is checking and why it needs to be checked. I’m so lucky to have a Boots Options in my local high street in Billericay

Went to Bishops Stortford branches week and was served by Charlotte. She was very helpful and went the extra mile. An asset to the branch.

I have Glaucoma my NHS eye care was recently given to Boots Kilmarnock initially I was not sure how this would work for me.
I attended my appointment yesterday I was welcomed by the receptionist there was a calm ambiance in the shop.
The Optometrist introduced himself and after taking some notes he explained the tests I would be having.
Any fears I had were absolutely gone. I want to thank everyone involved and look forward to my reviews for the future

That when you are trying contact lenses for the first time, that they should tell you that the lenses are handed, so there one that should be used for your right eye and one for your left eye.
