The alcohol really came at the promised time. I never thought I'd order alcohol with delivery for my house before, but because of the quarantine I had to. The prices really are the same as those in the shops. The company employees are always polite on the phone and ready to consult on any matter. And now I don't even know how I used to live without the Boozecarriage :0 And the company's name is actually the best lol.

I have used Boozecarraige about 5 times now for events I run in NYC and I love them. They arrive on time with the drinks cold and basically produce the goods for me. The only room for improvement is some quirks with the website such as not allowing me to reorder a previous order. Otherwise all good

Although my order had some mishaps as they were just expanding to Brooklyn, the customer service was so awesome that I ended really enjoying my experience. I was using the company to send champagne to my girlfriend as a surprise for her birthday and the order actually showed up late. Instead of making excuses the customer service rep, Mary, apologized over the phone, in email and gave me a 20% discount on that order for my troubles. They held themselves accountable to their mistake, made retributions and I am confident that it really was just unfortunate circumstance. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation. Also, the prices are really fair considering you don't have to leave your house.

I use this site for all my events. It takes the stress and anxiety out of having to go to a store and purchase myself...which is never convenient when I have to carry it back for 25-35+ attendees.
It's just super accessible, lots of variety and easy.

This site is genius. My alcohol was delivered quickly and at a great price.

I love booze party! their deliveries are always on point, even in bad weather, and chatting with their customer service guy was surprisingly effective and pleasant (when does that ever happen??).

The ONE little thing I think is missing from BP is the option for smaller sizes of liquor. Not sure if it's a legal thing or not, but sometimes you just want a pint instead of liquor for gifts, travel, etc.

The prices are not bad and you can get your order the same day. During a snow storm this is your best bet!

I was very disappointed with my first experience with Boozecarriage. The website looks clean and easy, but froze repeatedly. The GUI stopped loading to the point that my credit card transaction was processed twice. When I finally got it sorted over the phone (man helping me was friendly and down to earth), I received a phone call 40 minutes later stating that the advertised wines I selected were no longer in stock. By that time, it was too late in the early evening to even enjoy the wine, so I cancelled the order. Although I repeatedly asked the woman helping me (she was dismissive and ditzy sounding) whether she cancelled the transaction as well, I was still charged TWICE by my bank. I still have not received the refund.

Quick ,polite customer service. Reasonable cost! Free gift wrap.

I've used this service twice and both times it was a breeze! The second time I sent in an order the type of white wine I selected was unavailable. I got an immediate phone call from a very polite guy who suggested another variety, promised it was great and it was!

The delivery guy is a very nice man with a moustache who always makes me feel happy that I ordered from there, not like I am too lazy to go to the store a block away. He is cheerful and polite, and very prompt. I am always surprised at the speed of delivery.

I was so surprised to find a place that delivered wine almost anywhere in NYC for free. I was skeptical, but it worked well! They didn't have 2 of the wines that I ordered in stock so they called and recommended similar alternates. The delivery took a bit more than an hour, but for a Sunday night, I was still impressed!

Courteous, friendly, reliable and quick. Minor issues have been dealt with "the customer is always right." Can't say enough good things about this company.

Also, needs an app. The website is just really badly designed and makes it so difficult to do anything.

for example, when i go to the plus sign on a drink, why does the picture get bigger, making the plus sign move, making me click the picture of the booze, which takes me to the booze page? So inconvenient and un-intuitive.

Perfect for parties or when I'm just lazy. Have never had a problem with them - always fast and efficient, and if in the unlikely event that they don't have what I order, always get a friendly phone call offering other similar options for a similar price. There's a liquor store near me that delivers but Booze Carriage is SO MUCH EASIER and always arrives sooner. Am honestly surprised there isn't more competition! Love that there's no minimum - most of the liquor stores on Devliery.com require you order, like, a case - sometimes I just want a bottle of wine with dinner delivered so I have time to cook.

Irrelevant, but also love the site design and find the whole thing much easier and more pleasant than going to a store or ordering through any other platform.

Speedy service and nice interface. My only request would be a bigger selection of lower-cost liquors, such as brandy, etc.
