Bopys Avis 58

This was my first time ordering from this site and I am looking to return item I ordered for 2 reasons: the color is not at all what I expected-I was under the impression the background color would be black not brown-I asked my coworkers to look at the picture too and everyone of them said it was black, not brown. I am disappointed you don't give a more thorough description of the colors in your dresses for this very reason. Second reason is the length of the dress-description says midi length which is "anywhere from below the knee to lower calf" by definition and this dress hits the floor on me and I am 5'9!! So I am asking for a return and full refund on this item and hope my reasons are valid enough for this. Thank you, Nancy Ellis

Well I would like to say how happy I was with my experience
with Bopys. I received my order which was 2 dresses in a vary timely manner the sizing chart was accurate to the size I wear I ordered XL and it was true to size. Other places I have ordered from tell you to get 1 size bigger or smaller and Bopys is perfect when ordering your size. I will order from Bopys again.

Half of the order was only shipped. I was credited. How ever the dress that arrived was of poor quality had no shape and the pockets were sown over the pattern making it very ugly not one dart or anything to give it any shape, material was thin and see through. Not even nice enough to wear around the house due to the lack of shape . I will not ever purchase from this site again due to inability to ask question about the shipment and or product.

Dresses are way bigger than size listed. Asked to return items and get a refund. Was told couldn't do. Will never order from them again.

Loved the dresses. They are pretty.

I received my order. Every dress is pretty but have not worn them yet. Took almost 3 weeks to receive them, so plan way in advance if you plan on wearing them for a special event. Am happy with the price and quality is good.

The dressed i ordered should have fit according to the size, but they were so unproportioned I can't wear them. The bust is tiny, i couldn't even get it over my head. The length was suppose to be Midi, the dress if I were able to get it on would have been to the floor. I'm 5.71/2 and ordered an XL thinking it would allow for a bit extra room as i usually wear a L. Be sure to look at the return policy as I didn't. They do NOT allow for returns/refunds for sizing issues. No wonder since only a disfigured giant would fit in these dresses. They offered me $12 for a purchase of $83.Stay away from these dresses.

Buyers beware! I ordered 4 dresses because they look adorable and the price was great. I read the size chart to ensure I was ordering the correct size. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. When I went to try them on, the length and waist fit great, the chest wasn't even close. I'm a barely B cup. I'm guessing these dresses are made for someone with no breasts. I would recommend going a size up if you're even close to the given measurement on their sizing chart. But ok, no big deal right. Their website states "Easy Returns". Nope! I spent $165 and they offered me $31 and I could keep the dresses that are way too small. Did they think I could use that $31 to have them magically tailored to fit? I said no, I'd like to return them, and have yet to get a response. Initially I planned on ordering a larger size of 1 because they are pretty and I wanted to see if I liked it first. Figure out the size that works best for me, and then possibly order more. After this experience, I'm leery to do business with this company. Also, I tried to leave a review on their website, and all the reviews have to be approved by the company. Which means they're only showing you what they want you to see. Take what you see with a grain of salt. What I've learned from this experience is that if the company doesn't list an address on their website, nor an actual phone number for customer service, then it's probably shady in some sort of way.

Took a long time to receive. Very well made as far as the stitching goes. Fabric feels like silk. Need a larger size next order, it is tight in the chest. Overall, it's a pretty dress.

This dress is for my great grandma for my wedding! It looks absolutely amazing on her!

Nothing went wrong. Just a little later delivery than I expected. However, I work in Freight and Customs, so I know the delays and backups that happen. The dresses are beautiful and i have had so many compliments. Thank you for your service!

Do not waste your money and time with this company. The two dresses I ordered arrived 6 weeks was after the event that I needed the dresses for. When I got the dresses it is such poor quality I wanted to return it immediately but they keep giving me a hard time and only want to refund a portion of my money I spent $83 they offered me $36 and to keep the dresses. It's a complete joke save yourself!

Customer service is a joke. The typical response of all Asian companies: "please be patient. Can you wait a few days...?" But the tracking is unavailable, and not even in the system all the while suggested it is "in transit". Ordered 3 weeks ago on a page that said all items were manufactured in, and shipped from the U.S. This is of course not true. I've recieved several conflicting Emails about availability, refunds, and delivery dates. Bopys is a scam of the month variant.

Dress is beautiful and fits perfect.
