The build was a shop counter and we produced the counter to your measurements, measurements which we clarified with you, after explaining to you how to measure your under counter fridges from the floor to the top of the fridge, to which you replied, "what do you mean by the top of the fridge?" and then after the counter arrived on site, which you were not there for the handover of and made my staff wait 30 minutes to be let into the shop, so my staff could not verify the install with you. All of which happened in a space of 7 days because you needed the counter urgently before Xmas and we advised we're shutting down over Xmas but could turn the counter around in a small space of time, such a small space after you took so long to provide measurements because sleeping at 11am in the day must have been more important to you. Then when you finally installed the counter whilst all staff were on annual leave over the Xmas break including myself on an island in QLD for my first holiday in 5 years, you called every staff member incessantly, demanding that the situation be rectified ASAP because it was a safety concern, and you will not be liable. After messaging my staff nonstop and calling them nonstop, they contacted myself and begged for me to contact you, I then had multiple calls from you and 50+ messages, I spoke with the workshop team in a group chat and one employee agreed to meet with you to see the issues, whilst on holidays and the following day after he arrived back from his vacation! He arrived in thongs as he was only taking account of why the counter was not working for your needs, he was at no more risk than any customer that walked into your shop in thongs. What was discovered was you had measured your fridge from the underside of the fridge to the top, not including the legs, and you only measured your smallest of 3 fridges. You also had a bow in the countertop, which is made from hardwood and is 22mm thick, because you grossly overloaded it with your slushy machines which you advised to us weigh 32kg each yet that's dry weight and when filled with 37L of liquid (37kg) over doubles the weight on the counter. After making a plan to fix these issues, not because we were in the wrong but to help our customer out, you then called my staff multiple times again and begun ranting about issues that you have no clue about. At this point you were advised it would be best for you to engage another builder modify the counter to your actual needs and at this point you then message myself and the business from 3 different platforms, messenger, WhatsApp and SMS spouting all kinds of obscenities. I am sorry this did not work out for you; we always aim to please our customer, but you became impossible to deal with. At this point, I am only too happy to settle this matter with the proper authorities. My staff have all offered up their communications with you and are happy to speak to the nature of this case. Again, I am sorry this is where we ended up.
