Pathetic Quality and Customer Service.
I wanted to order from them and asked for the video of the actual product because there are horrible reviews online and in response customer service was so rude and they just cancelled my order.

It's clear that these guys are doing Fraud.
Stay away!

I got intrigued from their Facebook bag video and ordered their T67 backpack. However I asked for their accrual bag video, which was way too off. Stitching was bad, strap was low quality, material seemed different, and no tablet sleeve. On inquiring, they immediately canceled order saying I should order again when satisfied, and they blocked me on WhatsApp. That says it all

Borsa.pk is a fake and scammer brand. This is easily one of the biggest online scams of the year. The quality of the products they show in their videos and on their website is completely different from what they actually deliver. The delivered quality is unbelievably poor. I have never seen such terrible quality in a bag before.

Guys, please don’t even think about buying from them. It’s one of the shittiest bags I’ve ever had. The product they delivered looks nothing like the videos and pictures on their website and instagram page.

It’s not even low-quality leather, it’s cheap, horrible-quality rexine. They are complete fraudsters and scammers. And when you try to request a refund or return, they simply block you.

I'm a victim of their fraud. When I purchased
1. The order was delivered after 7 days; their claim time is 3–5 days max.
2. They label the backpack as "PREMIUM LEATHER BACKPACK," but it's not even leather. It's actually 3rd-quality rexin.
3. In the description they have mentioned " Heavy-Duty Aluminium Based Keyless Lock (You can set your own 3 digit passcode)." In reality, the lock is already loose and almost broken. To reset the password they shared a QR code, which is printed on a piece of paper the printing quality is so good that it's not even scannable.
4. The "Secure YKK zippers for long-lasting durability " are acutally local market zippers.
5. The back pocket is torn from upper side.

When I tried to contact them, they did not reply. I left a 1-star review; they even removed that.

They are running a cash on delivery scam! becareful! i recieved a wrong bag which was also damaged, the trolly handles were broken and the bag was not leather its a cheap product. i try to refund and contacted them multiple times within the period they mentioned they gave no response and blocked me on facebook and instagram too. my 20000pkr just lost. please save your money and buy from elsewere. they also have only fake reviews on their website! i wish i saw trust pilot earlier!

Low quality, worth under 1500. false advertising, no extra bag came in the parcel. DO NOT ORDER!!!

They are cheaters, its not leather bags its fake raksin. dont buy.

I absolutely loved this bag! The quality and design are amazing. I first ordered one for myself and was so impressed that I ordered again for my sister, then for my cousin, and even for my brother. That makes 4 times in total! Truly worth it highly recommended👍

Scam. I ordered a bag from them they dilevered wrong bag and did not reply me when I contacted i didn't recieve anything. They run cash on delivery so the can scam their customers. Don't buy from them save your money and time.

Sent a damaged bag and refused to contact me. Blocked me on Instagram and no response from the team. I will advise you to not buy from them. They run a scam dropshipping store.
