Item delivered 2 to 3 days prior to ETA. All good. My vacuum cleaner is like new again with its new filter which I somehow managed to lose!

Access to required numbers
Service was efficient. However, my door was locked and I couldn't get access to the required numbers which were requested. They should be on the front of the machine and not hidden inside the door which was locked.

Terrible engineering service!!!
Terrible engineering service!!!
So booked a service for a washing machine that is still under warranty. Got the appointment same day. Clearly asked to get a phone call prior to engineer house visit due to my work being only few min away. The customer service confirmed that note.
Middle of the day i got email that engineer couldnr access the house so my service is canceled and nex one can be re booked in 9 days.
I kindly explained it wasnt my fault as the wngineer never called and as i uave a child with dissability is be nice to get him back, as it was only few min past his email.
Was told that they dont run emergancy service and that 9 days is best they can do. Who can be wothout washinf machine for 9 days plus the time until parts come?
