Rapid response time and excellent follow through.

I’ve been waiting over a week and called about a dozen times and I still don’t have any tracking information on any shipment from you guys. I’m about to switch and go to HIMS.

I have more than 3 weeks waiting for them to send me a medicine, they are not responsible

Everything was good until it got to shipping. Order went in 10 days ago and I have still not received my order. It says they shipped it to Chicago then Salt Lake City then Seattle so I’m not sure what is going on. Might need to do a charge back on this one.

I did not want a topical finasteride. That does not work for me. I thought I was being prescribed oral medication.

This was a very poor result.

Annoying that I am now forced to use this service to have a RX filled/refilled, especially after spending $13K + on a transplant. Is a pure money grab by Bosley. Doctor used to just call it in for me.
Cost was less than $30 for a 90 day RX @ my local pharmacy, now it is $40+ through the new BosleyRx.com service. and I have to have package mailed. If I wanted my local pharmacy I have to pay extra $45 for 'doctor review'.

To just find an informative site for women (my) hair issues from experts in the field. Hard to trust any site on line now that just peddles any kind of meds!

I was impressed as to how easy this is.

After a Bosley doctor recommended a topical med, I tried to order on Bosley Rx. The order would not go through and I had to call customer service, who also could not order. They had to call me back. I then got a notification that the rx doctor had to speak to me. I had to call again to get a phone appointment. It turned out that there was a med on my questionnaire that I did not put there and had nothing to do with me. This was much too difficult an ordering process. I wouldn't recommend.
