All the items were wrong. This is a scam don’t use this site.

We received a gift basket that was supposed to be “wine and cheese”, it came with a wine box marked sparkling that turned out to be a red wine bottle (and not even a particularly nice one?) and then the wooden box that was supposed to be filled with cheese was empty. Clearly this is not a reputable company.

Very disappointed. We ordered online a christmasbasket from Europe for son living in Boston.
It was certainly not up to standards. There was nothing christmassy about it! When we complained we were told that they were entitled to substitued everything if necessary.
However, this was not a case of substuting a few items!
Will never order anything drom Boston Baskets again.

Order a basket containing cheese and wine for my sons birthday for delivery on 4th November, he never received the order,no answer to phone line ,asked me for another 45 dollars to deliver the hamper,asked to be reimbursed ,was told I could only be reimbursed after a deduction was made.
In short
(A)took my Order and my payment
(B)never delivered hamper.
(C) only answered phone when I emailed advising that I would post a less than positive email
(D) demanded another 45dollars to deliver hamper.
(E)have never received a reimbursement.

I ordered a basket for delivery to a 40 story office tower - to a specific suite. They did not deliver it for almost a week and then claimed to have delivered it but it was never delivered. They told me that I had to deal with the carrier but, of course, I was never even told who the carrier was. The Photo "proof" of delivery was of the loading bay for an office tower and neither of the two items on the loading bay in the picture was what I ordered. The product dimensions in the description of the package were also impossible. This company is a scam and literally robs you of your money. Yes, I have the emails, receipts and photos to prove this. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely horrible company. They takes your money and wash their hands of it when the item is not received. They tell you to contact the courier company even though the payment is to Boston baskets. I called 4 times about an order which was never received and doorman building had no record of receiving. Never received a call back. Then tried email, only to be sent a message to call the courier. I paid over $100 for gift basket that never saw the light of day. Do not do business with this company! Horrible and unscrupulous

Ordered a sympathy basket for a team member who lost their mother right before Mother's Day. This company sent them another customer's Mother's Day basket instead. As if this mistake was not enough, the company then refused to refund or fix the matter as I would not bother my team member during this difficult time to send pictures of the Mother's Day basket they erroneously sent them. Trying to call the phone number just puts you in a loop, so you have to rely on the email communication.

Horrible, horrible company with zero customer service, I don’t think anyone works there. No customer service, they failed to deliver an order to a client, whom they were supposed to text prior to delivery because it was perishable. Never contacted the client, order says complete, but was never delivered, nor was I ever contacted by email as stated that it wad delivered. This company is a sham. They charged my card, never delivered, never responded to 5 separate emails I sent, they don’t answer their phone. Embarrassed me in front of a client, buyer beware!! They are frauds!!!

I placed an order and paid for "next day delivery" the order didn't arrive, I emailed them asking for a refund, they say they won't give me a refund, and shipped the order after a week, and it looks like the package is going to be delivered 16 days after I placed the order. I definitely wouldn't recommend this site.

I ordered two baskets for delivery within two days and that was over a week ago and customer service says they have no idea - I should contact the delivery company. They wished me luck! I don;t even know who the delivery company is or where to look. I did not realize this was a Toronto based business because I never would have ordered something like this from a company outside the US.

The website with the FAQ is amazingly useless. For example, under "Delivery Questions" one of the FAQ is: "I've Heard That All Fruit Juice is Bad For You Because It Contains Nothing But Sugar. Is That True?" Huh?Don't order from this company. Bad news.

Apalling experience
No communication, item delivered too early with shipping notice - spent all day in the sun in July, all items spoiled -, incomplete package, unhelpful customer care,.

I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who wants to send gifts. It holds such great value and contains an amazing variety. I was searching for wine baskets and came across this site and was really impressed with the number of products and the ease of using the site. The gift when arrived looked beautiful and my mother was really impressed with the packaging as well as the contents. The gift was delivered on time and in good shape. Very impressed. Will be using this site again for sure.
