This move should have been First!

This move should have been First. It makes sense to get this tool first to be able to move on and save a lot of time and wasted money. I can recognize several of Matts ten tips in play.

The explanation and teaching is great

The explanation and teaching is great! The concepts are very clear. The communication between me and you guys is alright customer service wise but it could be better as in a little more person to person outreach. 4.5 Stars 🌟

Botbuilders is the best Company

Botbuilders is probably the best company I have ever dealt with personally. They do what they say and more. They are always there to help and go way above what anyone could expect to make sure you are learning and moving forward. Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to learn about Chatbots.

A great community of family

A great community of family. When any official do not know the answer to your challenge they are ready to signpost you to someone else who has the answer. My understanding of this is that all the botbuilders staff with Matt leadership do not claim to know every answer but are ready to suggest who within the family could help. This is a good family relationship. The however is on costs, someone said hidden costs, not by botbuilders from my understanding but from other sofwares or services that are not available in bot builders. For example you need to subscribed to many chats, affiliates etc to benefits. My recommendation will be that botbuilders should look at those costs and sort of find a way of how the organisation instead of individual subscribing and paying at a rate that might not be affordable at that time. Im not suggesting it be free but the spread of such costs on those using it will not be burdensome and since its part of getting the full botbuilders services, why not consider having those sofwares/services as part of botbuilders but paid distributely instead of its your individual thing. This way if any individual could not cope, it will mean leaving botbuilders because of those external costs not because botbuilders services are not good. My personal observation. Above all botbuilders tech subject to continued updates and its staff are fantastic.

Don’t waste your money

Ive held off on leaving this negative review but after 8 months of working with Automator and spending $12K,
I have not had 1 ad up and running- no leads, not $1 in revenue. This company is based in the Philippines and seems understaffed. My company has done everything asked of us to cooperate with 5 different representatives that have been assigned to go through their “process” of creating funnel, ads, etc.. and still nothing completed. Don’t waste your money

Best business decision ever!

This has been the best business decision I have made. I'm part of the accelerators program and prepped to sell chatbots. With their expert help I sold my first chatbot before my own chatbot was even finished! Their support is phenomenal and world class! They all will do anything to help you out and bend over backwards to help you succeed! I can't say enough about the wonderful people that work their and their world class training programs and services! I was struggling as an entrepreneur with my website business and adding the ability to sell chatbots after going through their training has been a game changer! I sold my first chatbot before I even had my own business chatbot finished! The coaching, training, everything is so valuable. The value they provide far outweighs the cost. I have done a lot of training programs and masterminds but this hands down is the very best! Thanks so much for your help botbuilders!

beWARE, beyond disappointed, mislead, lied too

beWARE, BOTBUILDERS, charge you to become someone they want to HELP (UPSELL) you AGAIN and AGAIN.... It's sad that their HYPE is NOT totally TRUE. Very misleading, this seems to be the standard today. People tell you, they are so well off, they don't even need your money. That's why they refuse to refund, even if you believe they MISLEAD YOU TO BUY.... to the point of BAIT and SWITCH, but in 90 minutes MATT is a Golden tongue salesman that uses every TRICK in the book to gain your confidence. He even invents some tricks of his own. After he gets your money, it will become clear to you.

As he says, "he is always selling"... because they make it so over complex, YOU NEED TO BUY SOME MORE HELP, to get you over the finish line. Sound like a product you want to buy? Think again.

Do research, you can find "how to build a chatbot" quicker and cheaper and more successfully.... without all the golden promise sales pitches and continual up selling.

Problem today in continual EDUCATION upselling. MATT is a MASTER of UP SELLING. Good luck getting any money back. He doesn't need you money until after you give it to him. Then it's their strict 3 day refund. You can not figure this out in 3 days. So basically this GREAT DEAL isn't so good, or there would be a REAL kind of guarantee 90 days because everyone will be so happy with them that they won't want a refund. NOT

Well, besides being a waste of time they also take your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

IF you just want theory and education --- THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE. But if the end product is your reason to purchase. You might seriously consider another method and save your money and save yourself being asked to buy more, again and again.

Lastly, I normally do NOT write negative reviews. Total less than my fingers on one hand since 2000. It's a waste of time, but these people are so/so, i just had to warn anyone to save them from my experience.

Transparency in our offers – Everything included in our program is clearly explained during our presentations. Over time, some customers asked if we could simply build their bot for them, so we created an optional service to meet that request. It’s never required, and our team is always respectful when discussing it. Many of our customers complete the program successfully without ever purchasing anything additional, and many have succeeded with our Whiteglove services as well.

Refund policy – Because our training is delivered digitally, customers can access and download all of the templates, videos, and resources immediately. That’s why we have a 3-day refund policy, it allows enough time to review the program and decide if it feels like the right fit. That said, we do our best to be understanding in unique circumstances.

Customer support – We put a lot of heart into making sure our customers feel supported. Our email support team averages about a 1-hour response time, and we also host live weekly office hours where members can ask questions, get personalized help, and connect with us directly.

Our mission – At the end of the day, our goal is to equip entrepreneurs with tools and training they can really use to grow. We’re proud of the many success stories that have come from our community, and we remain committed to serving with integrity and care.
