Transparency in our offers – Everything included in our program is clearly explained during our presentations. Over time, some customers asked if we could simply build their bot for them, so we created an optional service to meet that request. It’s never required, and our team is always respectful when discussing it. Many of our customers complete the program successfully without ever purchasing anything additional, and many have succeeded with our Whiteglove services as well.
Refund policy – Because our training is delivered digitally, customers can access and download all of the templates, videos, and resources immediately. That’s why we have a 3-day refund policy, it allows enough time to review the program and decide if it feels like the right fit. That said, we do our best to be understanding in unique circumstances.
Customer support – We put a lot of heart into making sure our customers feel supported. Our email support team averages about a 1-hour response time, and we also host live weekly office hours where members can ask questions, get personalized help, and connect with us directly.
