i have bought the lifetime plan
i did not use the software until 2 years after
they made an update and when i want to use the software it's not working, i msg them and they said "You need to pay maintenance charge" REALLY ???
please go away from this INDIAN SCAM COMPANY
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE PLANS YOU WILL GET HIDEN FEES !

We'd like to clarify that our Lifetime Plan provides a lifetime license for the version available at the time of purchase. Ongoing maintenance, major upgrades, and continued technical support are subject to our maintenance policy, which has been in place to ensure the software remains compatible with changes to WhatsApp and operating systems.
We never intend to mislead our customers, and we certainly do not charge any hidden fees. If a maintenance fee applies, it is communicated before any payment is requested.

i paid it for sending msg to my customer
but the nightmare is after their upgrade!
they rejected my request and customer service is so useless , no reply no helping!

Bot Master – Fake and Non-Functional Software
This is a fake and unreliable software with pathetic customer support. The Bot Master bulk messaging system does not work as claimed. It only sends a few messages randomly — mostly to your own saved contacts, not to the client list uploaded through Excel.
We contacted their support team, and they connected via AnyDesk, but even they couldn’t figure out the issue. Despite multiple attempts, there was no solution or refund.
Not recommended at all — total waste of time and money. Avoid this software if you’re looking for a genuine bulk messaging tool.

I had a very disappointing experience with this software. Initially, the company promoted a full reseller policy, which was the main reason I made the purchase. However, after I paid, they suddenly changed their policy without any prior notice. This kind of dishonest behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and transparency.
It feels like a scam – they lure you in with promises and then change the terms once they have your money. The software itself is also not reliable and doesn't deliver the performance they claim.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Bot Master Indian WhatsApp Marketing Software. Don’t waste your money on a tool that comes from a company that changes its policies unethically and offers no proper support or accountability.
