When I've tried botting in the past I've always experienced a lot of bans and not been able to profit. Using the manager and MTA script I've been running multiple accounts for over a week straight with most of them surviving without any bans. Being able to use proxies on mirror mode is very useful too, as well as being able to que tasks.

For me, personally the main attraction is the MTA script, being able to use a script with such low ban rates, decent profit and that can be launched an hour after starting your accounts is the best part about the manager, but as I start to bot more I believe the other features would become more useful over time.

The only downside is the limited amount of accounts that can currently be ran with mirror mode, which is not the managers fault, but still something to consider. You will need a relatively good computer for botting to be worth the time and effort.

One last thing to add, customer support was amazing when I needed help getting the manager to work, they connected to my computer and worked for 2 hours to resolve my issue

I have been using the Bot Manager since February 2021. At first, I just bought it to get a hold of the Grand Exchange script. However, I realized that botting is just much easier and profitable with the manager. I am making about $5k usd a month without sacrificing my day job running this big of a bot farm manually. Ever since the Prime Twitch Membership event started, I have made nearly $1k from the Mage Training Arena script alone. Not to mention the magic levels I have gotten that will ultimately increase the value of the accounts when sold at a later date. The staff is also very helpful, and the discord server is very active. I would definitely recommend the bmanager to anyone who is serious about making profit off botting in runescape.
