Somehow got setup with a subscription. Certainly was not my intention to get 90 days worth of product every month. I've tried it now and can't say I am super impressed with it. At least it hasn't made anything worse. I was hesitant to buy when I couldn't find any positive or negative reviews that weren't advertisements. I should have listened to my gut. It looks like they have already locked me into an order for this month that I can't delete or cancel from my account on their website but I have cancelled for the future. Additionally the gift certificate they send to your email is worthless because their payment page on checkout doesn't appear to have a way to use that certificate for payment.

Had high hopes, but fell flat...literally. lightweight, but somehow made my curls slick, oily, flat and heavy. I bought the leave in, the gel and the flex brush. I returned all 3.
Little did I know, I would have to pay shipping to return ($16), plus Bounce does not refund the shipping I paid on my original order ($8). So I'm out $24 on a $78 order. Extremely disappointing & disheartening...shame on you Bounce. My bad for not reading the "fine print". Tried to support a small business directly...never again. Next time, I'll just order from Bezos...at least I know I can return it if I'm not satified.

Ordered product. After 1 month still hasnt arrived and being told they refused to refund me until it has returned to them. I believe it is a total scam

Now that I've made it through an entire bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, and wave activator, and have ordered 3 MORE
OF EACH, I can confidently say: Bounce has 100% transformed my curls. For over 15 years I have tried countless products with all kinds of promises and claims, and have never seen a bit of
results. I get giddy now every time I wash my hair - the light, bouncy curls are unbelievable. Please make a refill container option to purchase, to save plastic! Because I'm a customer for
life and will be buying lots more.

The shampoo and the conditioner work normal as most specialized curly products do. Nothing special at all. And for the bounce spray; that was a terrible experience. I even diluted some with water into a spray bottle, and I still got the crunchy sensation. I would not recommend it for fine curly hair. Maybe for a more coily and coarse hair, but not adequate for fine hair.

I have spent thousands of dollars on curly hair products that do not work. These products work. I absolutely love how my curls are defined and 2 d n 3rd day looks great after water and curl activator

Terrible company and unsupportive customer support. They have a NO RETURN policy. When my product arrived in Canada, the duty was over $53,00. Ridiculous! I wanted to not accept it and return product but I couldnt. Haven't tried it yet.....scared it might turn my hair to straw as well.

Do not buy anything from this company especially if you are in Australia. They are scammers and you will not receive what you have paid for. I have received fake shipping and tracking information from the start of purchase on 4/7/25 and still it has not been delivered. Buyers beware this company is fake!
