Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever

Ordered on June 9th only half of the ordered was delivered yesterday July 26th. 5 emails sent in total regarding the order. NO RESPONSE. EVER. The owner changed delivery times on her website. When I ordered the delivery time was 2 to 4 weeks. The owner will create a UPS label, with no intention of sending your order, timely, in full, or at all. She knows creating the shipping label stops you from getting a refund or makes it difficult. This is fraudulent behavior. I'm also concerned about using the products. They came with no instructions or ingredients listed.

It takes forever to receive your…

It takes forever to receive your product and when I did, it was melted. There is NO option to cancel subscription and I don't see a customer service number. I had to cancel my debit card and I was given the number to Kelis's company from my bank. When I called it was a former employee's personal number and she apologized and said she receives tons of calls from dissatisfied customers.

Terrible

If it were possible to give it less than one star, i would. Worst service ever, ordered a product more than a month and a half ago, it still has not arrived, no communication, they refuse to give me a refund. Awful experience!

As much as I wanted to support Kelis…

As much as I wanted to support Kelis and this company, I canceled my subscription. After all the reviews, not one person said anything about the product. And I have to agree, the delivery is terrible. I just received my product on July 7th, and I ordered it June 2nd. Now I understand things can take a while, but that's literally a month. I can't continue this membership when the product comes so late. Hopefully things will improve soon. I'll be trying the product and hoping for good results.

How do you stop this subscription?!?!

How do you stop this subscription? My first subscription was on November 24, 2022, and online it stated you can cancel your subscription at any time, but I have emailed several times to discontinue my subscription and they keep charging my credit card and orders are keep coming. I do not need any more orders I just want my subscription canceled, stop charging my credit card, and stop sending orders to my house.

When I ordered the brain food on June…

When I ordered the brain food on June 16 2023 it stated 7 to 14 days for delivery. Yes the money comes out instantly however is been just over 3 weeks. I hope I receive my products soon . I paid $13.47 for shipping so Im not sure what the hold up is. Please just start being honest about when products are going to be shipped and better customer service.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I placed my order May 21, 2023 paid an absurd amount for shipping.. it’s July 7th. I was told my order was being placed on June 21st know no one is replying to my emails

Scam

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed two separate orders on May 23. Today is June 25 and I still have not received the products nor a status update. I sent an email to follow up on June 19 and no response. I sent another email on June 23, still no response. Meanwhile the money was taken out of my account immediately. The business owner is on vacation posting pictures and advertising new products.

Never again. I am going to report the transaction with my bank as fraud. Kelis is indeed problematic. To be out here shamelessly taking from people. If she cannot run the business properly, she needs to hire help. Otherwise stop selling products you do not deliver.

You will never receive your product or get your money refunded. You will feel robbed and deeply disappointed.

On 2 occasions I have attempted to order product from this vendor unsuccessfully. They charge me for the product, but never send tracking information. The product never arrives and they ignore any contact attempts to resolve the issue. I first ordered from them October 7, 2020 a Gold Mine Box #8: Self Care × 1 that I purchased to give to my mother for Christmas. That box was $168.30. I contacted the seller on October 17, 2020, then again on October 24th. I got a response from the seller on October 26th stating, "Hi Stephanie, let me check the status of this order." I never heard from them again and they continued to ignore my attempts. I still haven't been refunded for that purchase. I ordered from them again June 5, 2023. I ordered Skin Food × 1. I contacted them on June 14, 2023 to inquire about the status and when I would receive tracking information. It is currently June 21st and I still have not gotten a tracking number or response. The only reason why I order from this vendor is because I have a skin condition (so does my mother) and the seller claims to be a farmer that produces all natural products that help relieve skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. The vendor is on social media demoing the products and claiming their benefits. She is using her celebrityhood to sell these items only to never ship them after charging you for it. After doing some research online and on the company's Facebook page, this vendor has had MANY complaints of not delivering products. They are known for charging individual and not sending the product, then ignoring any type of attempts from customers to resolve this issue. The vendor lives in the same city and state I reside in. There is no reason why my product should be this late. I haven't even gotten any tracking information. The vendor in unresponsive. Deeply disappointed, Kelis.

If I could give less than zero I would. I love Kelis but I have overstock in product and shipment keeps coming. My order is on auto fill and I want to discontinue my subscription. I reached out via email…no response. There is no number to call. How do you stop these auto fills. I’m so frustrated. Kelis…you have to address this problem.

Great shipping/delivery experience!

So sorry to hear about the bad reviews which seem to be customer service (shipping) related, but my experience was great. Ordered on May 1 and received tracking and updates up till delivery on May 15. So, they may have heard your complaints and’s reorganized. I loved the packaging and the fact that the peanuts in the packaging are compostable and dissolve in water. Now I need to try it see how it makes me feel!

Do not shop with Bounty and Full. They say they ship in 14-21 days, not a drive thru, organic organic. Blah blah blah, it's been 2 months and no products. I can't get a hold of anyone they don't return emails and I'm assuming they took my money. Kelis full of it. So much for supporting black businesses. Bad business.

I should of came here prior to ordering my products I literally ordered February 28,2023 and here it is April 13,2023 and nothing I emailed them twice nothing I work too hard to give my money away I'm a single mother and the one time I decide to do something for myself they take it I guess that's how the rich stay rich NEVER AGAIN I hope I get my products

Ok I hope to never again cause this is bananas …

Placed an order on 11-25-2022 and I saw it said 14-21 day delayed processing before placing order.. okay cool , now its 12-31-2022 @ 7:36pm EST.. about to be 2023 and still no updates.. I'm confused, I've ordered several things in between and I have gotten them and still bo Bounty & Full. I hope to receive it in the new year.. if so I will not be ordering again..

Made a purchase on 11-30-22 with the hopes of having a gift for my mother ,it was the only thing I asked for … the customer in address is a joke . I’m out of $136 and no Christmas for my mother . Kelis should be shamed of herself. I wish I would have read the reviews prior . The 10 -14 business day is BS !!! And to add insult to injury “10-14 day to process , we aren’t a drive thru .” On the site . DONT DO IT ! BUYER BEWARE !!!!

If you want a product, don’t buy here.

I ordered on 11/07/2022. I waited the 10-14 days for processing for shipping and there had been ZERO MOVEMENT. I emailed the customer service team on 11/23/2022 and they “apologized” for the delay and stated my product would be shipped two days late on 11/25/2022. A tracking number was given, but it still states that UPS has not received my item. It has been almost TWO weeks since contact and still no movement. I emailed again on 11/30/2022 and have not received a response from the “customer service” team. This was a gift that I was excited to support Kelis and her organic farm for, but never again. I’ll figure out how to make it myself before I attempt to purchase again, meanwhile, the business is posting all this new inventory. Quick to take my money and moving at turtle speed to deliver my product.
