Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Boutique Stone were very communicative around delivery times and processes. We had a late delay to the start of our project and they kept our order on hold until we were ready. And then when I changed my mind and asked for an earlier delivery date they accommodated me.
As for the tiles, we haven’t yet installed them, but in the box they look great!

I have no hesitation in recommending Boutique Stone. What a fabulous company. I wanted the Ravello Terrazzo for the bathroom walls and they advised me on a suitable floor tile to compliment my choice. The end result is stunning if I do say so myself. Thank you Boutique Stone.

I highly recommend Boutique Stone!
Alex was super helpful and responsive to our questions before and after purchase. Whilst delivery had taken a little longer than originally thought when browsing the website, it was clearly communicated when ordering that it would take a few weeks rather than days. I was keen to support a smaller business like Boutique Stone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I loved the personal touch!

Brilliant service, couldn’t recommend them more! We ordered more of the Marseille Tumbled Limestone as we decided to do upstands rather than wooden skirting and Alex ensured it was delivered within 48hours. Excellent company with brilliant quality stone at a great price
