Fantastic choice of hair accessory colours. Only place I can get my daughters correct school colours. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any company as I’ve messed up two out of three orders I’ve placed and when emailed they were always happy to rectify my mistakes promptly. I can’t speak highly enough of this company for both products and customer service

Fantastic value. I see these bows in shops and cannot justify £6-8 per bow! These are 10 for £10 is amazing and they're beautiful..my daughter wants to wear them already and it's the summer holidays!

I placed an order that was dispatched on time, but Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address.

I contacted Bowtastic the same day, provided proof of the incorrect delivery, and was advised to visit the address where the parcel had been delivered to retrieve it myself. I made two attempts to do this but was unable to recover the parcel, and I informed Bowtastic of this over two weeks ago.

Since then, I have requested either a replacement order or a refund. Unfortunately, my emails have been ignored. I have now sent three follow-up emails asking for an update and have still received no response.

While I appreciate that the delivery issue was caused by Royal Mail, I don’t believe customers should be expected to resolve delivery errors themselves or be left out of pocket because of the courier chosen by the retailer. The lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing.

Beautiful bows, quick delivery and the 10 for £10 deal on school bows is amazing. I look forward to ordering again soon for Halloween and Christmas bows!

Lovely quality I buy these every year summer and winter they are beautiful bows . And the customer service is excellent. And delivery is spot on .

Great selection of hair accessories, good quality and priced reasonably. We bought on a 10 for £10 deal really impressed with packaging and prompt delivery . I’ve had no issues apart from the arguments about which slides to wear today ! Will definitely be buying some again .
