Received my order in torn and damaged packaging. The product was exposed and unusable.
I shared clear photos, but the company refused to accept a return or provide a refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this retailer.

I have sent several emails and tried calling this company several times. I placed an order on September 29, 2025. No response to my emails or no answer on phone calls it’s always busy. I just want an answer regardless if I get my order or not.

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company. I think their business model is charging immediately and not shipping, hoping that the customer forgets. Most companies would never charge until an item is actually in stock to ship. Furthermore, they do nor respond to emails and have no phone contact, to make it even more difficult to get a refund. I waited for almost 3 weeks without responses and then had to initiate a credit card charge back.

Wrong Item Shipped - NO REFUND

I ordered Pastry Flour from Box n Case. Upon arrival, we noticed ALL bags were incorrect and two bags of sixteen were completely destroyed in transit. After contacting Box n Case, we were told no refunds would be given since you must report issues within 24 hours of delivery. As a company who regularly is ordering large bulk orders, this is almost impossible as we handle many boxes a day, and most of the time sort and reserve our inventory until needed. I would NOT BUY from this company if you are excepting to get what you ordered, and if you also want protection from damage. Just another profit over customer business. Remember, business policy is NOT law, it is a choice.

Poor customer service

I found Boxncase via a Google search for my favorite Calypso mint-flavored drink. I placed the order back in April and was informed that it was on backorder. I was ok with that but did check in a few weeks later for an update. The number on the website doesnt allow you to speak with customer service nor does the chat function. Emails are rarely responded to, but I finally got a response that the product would be in by the end of May. 6 days ago, I checked in for an update with no response but they took a second payment on the subscription in May. I have 2 orders, #BNC25-19554-113 and #BNC24-19063-33, and no idea if or when they will ship. All I'm asking for is an update and this seems to be the only space they are responding to. This is very frustrating.
UPDATE: 8 days later and still no response from customer service.

This has been one of the most disappointing business experiences we've ever had. We paid $14,500 to BoxNCase, expecting professionalism and trust. Instead, we received only part of our order, and no refund for the rest.

For weeks, we sent emails, followed up patiently, and believed their reassurances. But nothing. Just empty words and broken promises. We run a growing business and planned to order even more, but this is not how any business should treat their customers.

They kept $8,428 of our money. We feel cheated and betrayed. This review is not just to warn others, but to ask, how many more businesses have they done this to?

Excellent shopping experience

I've been looking for a while to buy a specific feta cheese brand online, and I had no luck with anyone calling me back or replying to my emails, until BoxNcase called me back, a very nice and professional guy named Colton. He first made sure that the product was in fact available, he called me back a few minutes back and assisted me to purchase the item online, he was patient, diligent and super friendly. the BEST customer experience I have EVER had. Lots of respect to Colton and BoxNcase for running such an amazing business.

Would never recommend this company

Would never recommend this company. They have zero customer service. The items came in late. They refused to cancel my order before it shipped (per their policy I should have been able to cancel). When the items did come in, the “KEEP FROZEN” items were completely melted and warm to the touch.
They won’t answer emails. Or phone calls. Or chats. The WORST!

Boxncase Fresh Lemons

I ordered $100 of lemons from Boxncase. When they arrived several lemons were moldy. Took a picture and sent an email to see what could be done. They said nothing could be done because the email was not sent within 24 hours. The email was sent within 48 hours.
If you promise fresh fruits will be delivered in good condition, it should be shipped in good condition to begin with.

Failure to deliver after over 4 Weeks

Placed order for Harry & David Dark Chocolate Wafer Rolls10 oz Tin 6 ct case in Late December, 2024...I never received them and the (2/1/25). The email/refund link on their site didn't work when I requested my $65.84 refund.

They sell what they DO NOT HAVE

They sell what they DO NOT HAVE, keep your $$$ for months until you get fed up with them not shipping the item/s, then they refund your $$$. They likely make their money off of our money, more than by selling stuff. What a gig! (I DID get my $$$ back, the reason I gave 1 star, and they did communicate/reply when I contacted them, the reason I gave a 2nd star.)

Not for Walmart Customers

I have been shopping here for many years and never had any problems. Why are these people complaining “Expensive” “High Shipping” etc when they already know prices before placing orders. “People don’t step in Starbucks if you can’t afford a cup of Coffee”

I ordered 2 pounds of young ginger

I ordered 2 pounds of young ginger, it arrived and looked ok from the outside. Later that day I cut the ginger open to make my sushi ginger. I was upset. The ginger clearly wasn't young ginger but middle aged ginger! The pink hue which is characteristic of young ginger was "there", meaning it had faded to the point of being adolescent ginger not quite mature but definitely not young. Do Not Order from this cite I couldn't leave a review on their cite and I couldn't file a return/refund. Seems sketchy to me.

Rude unprofessional staff to the manager. Ordered a product since April 24. After numerous calls, no resolution. I requested a refund and the manager and staff very rude . Hung up on me. I have not received a refund. Hello out there!! DO NOT order anything from this company. Employees are all in the same room answering phones and passing phones to each other when you ask for the manager. Please report this company to every agency, like BBB, review sites. We don’t want anyone else to experience this

False advertising

False advertising. I ordered 5 cobalt gum. They advertise it showing a carton with 6 packs in one carton. I ordered what I thought was 48 cartons. They sent me 48 individual packs and charged me $507.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will definitely be sorry! Read all reviews and “owner” always has an excuse!

middle man vendor, prices aren't exactly cheap, refuses to refund when they can't send you backordered item even though they charged you

They put backordered items online, charge you in full for it the moment you place the order, and then when they can;t fulfill it, they tell you through emails that you need to be patient, and when they offer to cancel the order for you, they just disappear. They flagged this review because they thought it was harmful or fake, and its a real experience. I've talked to 2 guys by email named Lenny and Larry, and both offered refunds for cancellation of the backordered item that was never shipped but no ones answered my email for a week after I asked for the cancellation, twice. Strange how this mimics the other negative reviews. I gave them 2 stars for at least that one shipped order but to be honest Amazon sells some of these boxes directly from vendor quite a bit cheaper if you can find it.

Finding a company to ship items in bulk…

Finding a company to ship items in bulk is difficult but BoxNCase has found a niche! I recommend them without reservation, but suggest ordering their special boxes — they are the most secure, protected packaging that I’ve ever seen for shipping glass jars! Thank you!!!

Bait and switch?

I am dismayed after receiving a 12 ct box instead of a 144 ct case. And I am even more dismayed after reading the reviews! I’ve reached out to CasenBox customer support but have a sick feeling that I’ve been scammed. And I set up a subscription!!
