Delivery Issue - no email response and no phone number
DPD delivered parcel to wrong address. Spoke to DPD who advised that Bozu need to raise an investigation with DPD. I emailed Bozu 24 hours ago to ask them to do this and send me a replacement order and no response. Also no phone number to contact them, only email, which is odd for a service-based business. I had this same issue with Butternut Box for a dog food delivery - called them, they arrange a replacement for the next day no questions asked, and then they dealt with DPD themselves rather than it affecting me - that’s how it’s done!

Feel misled over refund offer
Not a fan of subscription services which don't remind you before they charge. I am not organised enough to be thinking about the next week's delivery before this week's has even arrived! Been with Riverford and others for many years because they remind me and I feel less trapped.
22nd May Told full refund had been processed and personal details would be wiped from the system as requested
28th May They texted me. Told full refund had been processed on 26th May. I said it hadn't landed in my bank account. No response.
24th June Enquired about refund and told it was "switched to an account credit" because "the review was not taken down".
This series of events leaves me wondering whether the refund was processed in May as they stated (twice) and whether my details had been wiped as confirmed. How do you hold a credit on a wiped account?
I did cancel within 5 days rather than 7 because their website was down, but I tried on the live chat who said they would sort it. I do feel misled about the refund. And having it held to ransom over a favourable review is ethically-questionable for me.
Food was ok, but prefer Simmer on packaging, texture and reheating from frozen if I order too much.

Incredible tasty and healthy food delivered perfectly. The food is so nice, feel full after every meal and you’re a getting quality product. I’ve tried loads of meal prep companies and Bozu is by far the best when it comes to quality (especially the meat) and flavour. Highly recommend

Food quality is consistently excellent…
Food quality is consistently excellent and the most flavoursome I have had from a meal prep company. The menu choice is really varied. I have had a couple of issues with the online experience but it is generally pretty decent and easy to navigate.
I noticed some have had poor customer service but I have never had any issues and always found the staff to be very helpful in resolving any issues I have had so far all round it is a 5 star experience.

I have used many meal prep companies and Bozu is by far the best tasting. Having meals you genuinely look forward to tasting week in, week out, makes it easy to stick to your diet. I cannot recommend enough! Great quality, great service.

Bozu has honestly made sticking to a healthy routine so much easier for me. Between working full time and training regularly, finding the time to cook good meals can be difficult, but their service takes all the stress out of it.
Every meal I’ve had has been packed with flavour, really fresh, and delivered exactly when expected. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the quality and the preparation.
What stands out most is how much time and effort it saves while still feeling like proper, high-quality food. I’d definitely recommend Bozu to anyone who wants healthy, convenient meals that actually taste nice.
