Arrived on time. Works perfectly, I've using this product for about a year now.

The consistency is horrible. It doesn’t blend well not even in the blender. The taste isn’t so great and the scoop is way to big it makes the shake extremely thick.

Excellent taste. The nutrition facts are perfect for my low sugar low carb diet. This works well in my chocolate, peanut butter powder, and banana smoothie. Very cheap for the quality.

Had no problems at all, showed up relatively quick to Minnesota.
A general note to the company. In my pinion,Which ever supplement company decides to stop over sizing the protein bottles By about 50% will gain a lot of respect in my book. And probably gain me as a religious customer. The marketing deception that a bigger bottle means more product is kind of insulting, I don’t wanna sound like a prude but it’s disappointing to open it up and see half of it gone! maybe James can do an integrity bit on YouTube! He really helped turn around and a lot of my bad form, I respect you guys thank you!

I have the chocolate brownie best protein I find it doesn’t mix entirely although the taste is good I feel it’s a bit chalky.i have the bcaa shredded delicious working very good.i have the roxylean also a very good supplement without that nervous shaking feeling you definitely notice a difference as long as your active it will do its job.best preworkout is also very good gives me that longer energy needed to get me through the intense workouts.The CLA+carnitine ia very very effective I’m already starting to notice a difference in body fat because of the stack I have going on.the nite burn what can I say by far one of the best supplements I’ve tried non stim works awesome in burning fat while you sleep , you also feel very relaxed and rested once you wake up.definitely recommend the products I’m on there all great if you eat right with these products there’s no reason why you shouldn’t see fast results.

Not too bad in flavor. Doesn't blend very well though. I bought the chocolate brownie flavor on sale so it was worth the price . I'm on a keto diet so I like the fact that it is low in carbs. probably won't buy again.

great products, fast shipping

I ordered 2 large containers of protein powder, 1 chocolate brownie flavor and one vanilla cookie
Flavor. Shipping was slow and when the package DID finally arrive I received Peanut butter candy bar flavor. I emailed BPI and sent pictures of the incorrect product and still have never even received a reply. Also the website is difficult to even FIND how to email them.

The customer service is non existent. I emailed 4/5 inquiring about my order status with zero response. Only to find weeks after I placed my order they cancelled it with no explanation. Hugely disappointed. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

Unfortunately this was a poor experience from BPI Sports who products I love but customer services is very poor.

Purchased a product on a Monday and didn’t get an update on the order other than it wS received.

I called BPI on the Friday and they stated it hadn’t been shipped yet and that they would resolve the issue and get it shipped ASAP.

I called back on Tuesday the next week after getting no further service updates from BPI and they stated that my order had been cancelled because of potential fraud.

I was eventually refunded my money and received no products.

Took a week and a half to get nothing.

Frustrating.

Codes didn't work.
Was not getting a response from anyone when I called and messaged on FB.
I'm not sure if I got charged or not when I tried to put in an order 10 TIMES!

slow on getting back to customers on ticket questions. room for improvement.

The webpage login account was bad I wasn't able to get inside to see the status of the item and when the item arrived which was a protein the protein came up with a different flavor. In addition the customer service is very Poor I was not able to Reach them by phone. Nor email

I have tried most of the supplements either thru the site of by way of retail stores, and I have been satisfied with all so far. Looking forward to One More Rep. I especially love the videos that James does,(all of them) What an inspiration. Thanks James.
