Excellent customer service
I ordered a very expensive brace for my right hand CMC joint. I received it in good time, however it wasn't as comfortable or as helpful as I was hoping for. I have a protrusion and the brace could not fit correctly. I called them, they were extremely kind and accommodating, and I returned the brace, receiving a refund in record time. This is an excellent company, with excellent products, and if you need a brace, this is the way to go.

I really like this brace because it works well for my thumb. When I use it, it is almost pain-free.
There are several things I don’t appreciate, though. The Velcro comes apart very quickly, and I need to order a new one, which is expensive.

We would recommend discontinuing use for now and reaching out to our support team so we can help review the fit and sizing with you. If the brace was purchased directly from us, we do offer a free 30-day return and exchange policy and would be happy to assist further.
