Received the wrong rear brake shoes
Received the wrong rear brake shoes, but when contacted Brake Performance after noticing when installing the rear brakes that it was the wrong pads and having to go and purchase them local because my son could not get home Brake Performance refund us with out having to return the wrong ones. We have purchase brakes and rotars form Brake Performance since 2014 for multiply vehichles and this was the first time something was wrong. I think this was like set 8.

Unfortunately they were not able to complete my order request for may Old Car. But they made several attempts to find out my needs and specification for my car. We did place order and did not make the match but they fully refunded my cost without any hesitation.

The rotors are robust
The rotors are robust, well-crafted, and visually appealing. After a week of use and a couple of days of rain, there’s no rust visible, unlike my original rotors. They were installed on a 2021 Veloster N DCT in the New York area.

Good Parts, Highly reccommended.
I purchased and installed slotted / dimpled rotors with ceramic pads for a friend based on the performance of the same pads and rotors I installed on my 2012 F-150. They have performed as expected and my friend is equally satisfied with the purchase.
Note: Prior to installing the rotors and pads I used a thermal heat gun to measure the old rotor temperature after driving for at least 30 min to determine the quality of the calipers. The delta between the left and right rotors were approximately 12 deg. F. That is a good delta for new let alone used calipers.
After installing the rotors and pads, torquing the components to spec. and bedding them per the instructions provided, the delta was the same if not a couple degrees better. (No pull left or right either)
These are good parts and perform as expected.
Additionally, prior to installation, I inspected the parts and verified the part numbers. I could not verify the pad P/N per the order, so I called customer service. The conversation I had with (and I wish I could remember her name) a representative to confirm the pad P/N was from my experience outstanding! She explained the number on the pads and ensured they were correct for my application.
One oh by the way.
Shipping. The parts arrived fast.
But the box they were shipped in was torn most likely due to handling based on the fact that handling can be hit and miss.
If I were to recommend anything it would be that packaging could be better. We were lucky that the rotors weren't damaged.

Quality Parts at Quality Prices
Parts were shipped and received in a timely manner and in good condition. Parts appear to be high quality. Pad and Rotors are on a 1966 Impala with a disc conversion kit that uses 1980 Malibu calipers and rotors.
